Everything was just perfect, spotless clean, changing of towels and bed sheets every day, clean bathroom. The place is 50 steps from bus station that take u straight to Rome near metro station Ponte Mammolo or Villa Adriana which is magnificent , and it is located on main square. Good place to eat downstairs, and u get vouchers for breakfast, also u need to know that Italians eat sweet breakfast, so u get two brioche (croissant) with cream or chocolate ans cup of coffee of your choice. Also Villa d'Este is 100 steps away, and it is "must see" place. Rocca Pia is also very near, but it is only opened from Friday till Sunday. Tivoli is cute little Italian town with soul, and if u have time or want to feel other kind of Italy u must see it and feel it. Once u come u will want to return. P. S. U have big supermarket 400 meters from accommodation that work 24/7.

I highly recommend Affittacamere da Fenix. My room was spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. It had a wraparound balcony which overlooked the Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi and was a great place to watch the sunsets. Shutters blocked out noise and the summer sun. The location is central and it was easy to find. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay in Tivoli and was spotlessly cleaned each day. My room had a coffee machine and bar fridge which was handy. Breakfast was in the cafe downstairs. The host was very kind and helpful and communication re checking in was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Kind adorable hosts, clean cozy room 👍👍👍bathroom was also clean, and there even was a refrigerator in my single room. Definitely wanna go there if I go tivoli again. (also wanna thank gabriella 🙂)

It would be quite distance from the train station but it won't be a problem if you come with cotral bus.

Fantastic location just across from Villa D'Este. Breakfast at the bar downstairs is good, though very simple (2 very nice croissants and a coffee). Comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Price is good.

Nothing I disliked really, though breakfast could've had a juice or something too!

The accomodation is easy to reach and is very close to Villa d Este, I enjoyed my staying there.

Absolutely worst customer service. Actually zero contact with a human only by messaging and then we were lied to. Only resolved when we proved in writing the inclusions right on our booking that they lied about. This took away valuable time from our vacation and caused unneeded stress. There needs to be some accountability. We couldn't even get anyone to respond as to how to leave our keys upon check out. The door latch was broken so it was swinging free when we left. They finally responded as we were on the train leaving Tivoli. Very bad business and we should have compensation for their omissions. Bar to hang clothes in closet was so high it was not reachable without standing on a chair. Not safe at all. Broken door latch, no coffee and tea making facilities in room, broken "relaxing" light, etc. Pictures of the decor look great
