We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, where the breakfast was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Paulo at reception, who was an absolute great gentlemen. As a family, traveling can be challenging, but Paulo’s kindness and professionalism made everything so much easier. His warmth and attentiveness truly touched our hearts and made our stay unforgettable.

The staff were very helpful when needed and breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were good value.

This is not a complaint but rather an observation: the add states that “A FEW MINUTES FROM THE TOWN CENTRE AND THE PORT OF TRIESTE, BETWEEN THE SEA AND THE CARSO.”. that is true going into town because it is downhill. For anyone with any mobility issues that we’re hoping to walk down and back, it would be very difficult as the grade of the hills are quite steep; especially if you are not used to a city like this.

It’s a bit far and from the center you have downhill to walk for 29 mins , downhill is ok but up hill it’s a bit hilly , but but there is bus stop a bit further down the. Hotel and it was really easy to go up and down if it doesn’t feeel to walk , buy application bus from The mobile application and buy tickets from there It’s easy

Service was perfect - all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile with information and advice. Breakfast was perfectly fine. The hotel was really clean and location was slightly out of the main city centre which is what we prefer. Lovely walk back each day from city centre or the castle.

Hotel has their own restaurant, but it was full of senior tourists, found a good local trattoria (Alba) next door. Room was basic but ok and clean. Breakfast is standard but with good fresh Italian coffee and very friendly staff. Overall, all fine.

Bed was too short for me (I’m 1.93m/6’4), also the walls between the rooms must be thin because there was m noise from the hallway and from other rooms that could clearly be heard. Very few restaurants in vicinity.

Kind staff. The receptionists help us to park our van in the private parking in order to avoid any damage due to the height of the vehicle. Fast check in and check out. Comfortable room, not so cozy but they work perfectly for a brief stay

Around 15-20 min walking to the center. But in the route you will find some interesting points.

More than we expected. We ended up in a 5 stars rooms thinking we’ve booked an ordinary hotel. A man on the reception was extremely kind and responsive.

Probably just breakfast was under our generally amazing experience.

Great location; a nice walk to the main square. The train and bus station are also at walkable distances, 30 minutes at the most

The downstairs is dated and somewhat run down but the upstairs and rooms are very modern.

Great hotel, very cleam rooms! Staff was more than frendly, they helped us with everything we needed and also gave us usefull info about the place. It’s a 20min walk to the center, but it is very pleasent! They have a charger for evs and that was a bonus for us! Highly recommeded!

The staff was really great and helpful, the room was clean and pretty, equipped with everything that was necessary.

It was a little bit cold in the room, and the AC didn't blow any warmer air.
