I had booked this hotel because they have a private parking, but it was full when i arrived. It would be nice to be able to see on Booking.com BEFORE booking if there is space in the parking.

I really appreciate the staff, all of them kind and smiling! The hall, room and breakfast area look beautiful and taken care in all details. Breakfast was really tasty and various and I can say the quality is pretty high. Mattress and pillow very comfy! I was able to find a free parking just in front of the property!

Not sure but most probably the ac didn't work maybe it's time to get new ones or some maintenance. It was hot in the room as it is right under the roof. Outside my room, on the outdoor side, there are few big ventilators making noise all the time and this bothered me during all the stay.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel within a very quiet suburb of Trieste. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was probably one of the best that we have ever had.

Not really a negative just needs to be a bit clearer in the description that the hotel is a good 20 minute walk to the city centre with very steep hills, although this was not an issue for us and was quite enjoyable to see other areas of the city. However for less fit/mobile people this could be an issue and would mean getting transport of some description.

Hotel was great as was the staff. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Coffee and cappuccino were especially good. We would stay here again.

It was in a very nice location. However, the downside of that is that it is in a residential area. It is not convenient to restaurants or shopping. There was a lovely little bar with food nearby, but it was not open on a Sunday when we were there. The good news is that taxis are plentiful and come within minutes and are reasonably priced.

The hotel is in a quiet location, and the city center is easily reachable on foot, provided you don't have any health issues or mobility limitations. The hotel room was spacious enough, nicely furnished, and very clean. The water heater and complimentary tea and coffee were an added bonus. I would especially highlight the breakfast, which was beautifully served and truly delicious.

The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough and, more importantly, it was not stable. This is the only downside of our stay at the hotel.

The accommodation is about a 1 km walk from the city center, which is perfect after enjoying a delicious dinner of pasta and tiramisu. The staff is amazing—always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast exceeded all expectations; it was the best I’ve ever had, both in presentation and taste. They also prepare coffee just the way you like it.

There were some minor issues in the room that could use a bit of maintenance, but overall, it was excellent.

The room was small but clean and conveniently located, just a 12-15 minute walk from the city center. I appreciated the friendly staff. However, while the hotel is listed as having parking on Booking.com, they actually only have one parking spot, which needs to be reserved in advance. Fortunately, you can find parking on the street nearby. Very good breakfast.

I didn’t like the room; it was so small that it was hard to move around, and the price wasn’t as low as I expected

Breakfast is beautifully served, with very tasty selection of food. Parking is free around the hotel. Hotel is clean, in quiet area, beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Kettler with (free) coffee and tea as well as the minibar are available in the room.

The hotel is not brand new, you can clearly notice the ''ages'' of the hotel, but the staff is doing everything to keep it clean and comfortable. Location is in the quiet area, not so far from the city center, however, it is on the hill, so be ready to walk 15 minutes up to the very steep hill.

An adorable boutique hotel about a 15 minute walk to old town. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The area if very safe with tons of FREE parking nearby (don't pay for hotel parking - it's a waste of money that you can spend on fabulous Italian goodies!). Breakfast is delicious with homemade pastries, quiche, fruits, etc. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - ready to give recommendations on nearby attractions & restaurants. Pets stay for free & we felt they were very welcome! The hotel is sparkling clean with nice decor. Wonderful experience - we would definitely return!

Very nice, cozy hotel with kind & helpful staff. I've been allowed to check-in even a bit earlier :) The room was clean with enough space, with view of see ( a bit). We had a tasty breakfast & quiet place to have a rest. I woke up at 7 o'clock becuase of the delicious smell of croissants :) There is a tiny garage for 2 cars if you don't want to park outside. So you need to book it & pay. But it's up to you, because it's really possible to find the place close to the hotel along the streets (free of charge). The hotel is not far from the main square, but it's a bit on the hill, so if you are walking, be ready to go up to the hotel after fabilous pizza :)
