Lovely spacious apartment with good washer and dryer. Granted, we didn’t use the dryer feature since drying takes too long. Everything was clean. I like how we can control the AC separately in each room. The elevator is nice. The cookies in the room are nice. I like the extra area by the windows to move the drying rack to dry clothes.

Upstairs is tough if you’re over 5’6”. You need to duck your head a bit when walking around. Front desk is only open from 10 am - 6pm. Keep in mind there is no oven if you want to bake frozen pizza. No shelving in the shower for personal toiletries. I had to put them on the toilet seat. A minor inconvenience, but not too bad.

Stunningly spacious, beautifully designed apartment. Everything was clean, beautiful. Lots of space in all rooms and perfectly equipped. The whole building where the apartment is is beautiful - like a gallery. There is a coworking space. The accommodation was just a short walk from the centre, everything within walking distance including the train . Beautiful accommodation definitely recommend.

Connecting to wifi is inconvenient, you need to register and it often dropped out and required registration to connect again. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The property has been renovated recently and is very contemporary. It had good kitchen and laundry facilities and could accommodate our family of five. There are also good facilities near reception for friends or families staying together. The reception staff were helpful and support staff were available overnight.

The bathroom was very small and difficult to share with so many people. Due to there being five of us in the room, it was difficult to find places to store our large luggage. There were issues with the steam from the bathroom setting off the fire alarm for the entire building. We were warned of this but I don't think it should be something that a guest has to worry about. Our room looked onto the street and the trams run through the night. The noise kept me awake at times.

Bemate exceeded my expectations quite a lot. First of all the hotel is very central. The check-in was incredibly smooth and the hotel had a nice public parking in the back. The room is incredibly big and spacious. Also feels super comfy. During the whole stay the hotel always recommended me places to go and communication was quite easy.

Everything was quite nice perfect. The whole minor thing (which is really really minor) is that if people are very very loud in the corridors you might listen a bit to it and if the electricity goes down and comes back up the room makes a "blip" sound which is not nice if it happens during the middle of the night. However, these are 2 really minor things that I'm sure rarely happen.

Very good service, even if reception is only open from 10-18. For example: they made me aware of a train strike which otherwise would have had a serious impact on my travel. Very modern, spacious and clean apartments.

There are only two pieces of each item of the dishes and you get one dishwasher tab for two nights. That doesn't work out well. I missed a kitchen towel, a dish sponge and dishwashing liquids. Maybe also some balcony furniture would have been nice (not very relevant in winter though).

Staff was very friendly and gave us tips to see the best placed in the city and get the authentic “Torino” experience! Parking was a little tricky because of the ZTL zone, but the staff gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the parking garage, be aware that one day of parking will cost around €40 if you travel by car, but it makes up for the distance you have to walk from Roma San Carlo Castello to the hotel. We had an issue with a toll gate on the Autostrada and the staff was able to help us solve this issue! Room was clean and the view from the roof terrace is amazing 🤩

Loved the property, super clean room, spacious. Being met at the door and shown to the apartment was an excellent touch. Well appointed with a clean full kitchen, nice to have the washing machine and dishwasher. The little touches of dishwasher and laundry packs , hand soap and lotion were really helpful and welcoming . Helpful and attentive staff if you needed help around the city or anything

I loved the location, and the service had been great. The team at BeMate are truly pleasant and welcoming and will help with anything necessary. The open space was great for working during the day.

I felt slightly insecure due to the fact that the doors to the apartments were automated with a code only. There was no lock from the inside of the apartment. But overall it felt very safe in the facility.

Very spacious and clean apartment, equipped with all the necessary (full provided kitchen and bathroom). Nice position next to the main attractions. Beautiful view of the MOLE from the terrace. Very quiet during all the day and night (fantastic beds). Excellent welcome and willingness from the staff members

Small drawback: smoke allarm started to sound during the night becouse of dumb people cooking probably without knowing how to use a boiler. Not a fault of the host but it took more than one hour for the staff to reach the hotel and give the codes number to the fire fighters in order to silence the alarm system and get things back to normal. Probably three hours to come back again to the rooms for all the guests. Fortunally it was't a dangerous situation but i suggest the host to think different solutions to promply resolve these problems when the structure does not have staff members inside. Excellent breakfast offered form the host as compensation :)

Great Location. Easy access to everything. Staff were great, attentive, warm and very friendly. Helped with luggage and Taxis Main living Area great with lots of space for 2 Expresso machine in common area downstairs a bonus. Also washing machine and Ironing facilities a big bonus for us

Bedroom a bit tight. Had to squeeze between bed and curtains. Shower very small. Price was very high but accept that it was a late booking during peak season
