First I would like to thank the lady receptionist she was really nice and helpful, she welcomed us with a big smile and was really helpful. She also gave us a small map and explained to us what should we visit and where we can go shopping. Secondly, the location is perfect as it's near the train station Porta Neuva and many bus stations too. The room is also great, it's modern and very clean, and the bed is comfortable too. We slept quite well as there was no noise too. I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely come back to here if I am in torino again.

The only negative thing I could say is there was no elevator, it wasn't a problem for me Cuz I could carry my luggage, but I'm just pointing it out for others to take that in consideration.

Clean room with comfortable bed and balcony. Help and friendly staff. I loved the breakfast. Lovely variety of food with real honey on the comb, etc! Five minute walk to my school where I studied for a week. Hotel is next to a grocery store and near restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the more touristy parts of town, so I enjoyed staying here. I will definitely return the next time I come to Turin!

I liked everything.

I chose the hotel for its central location, 10 minutes' walk from the main railway station. My single room was a good size, with good-sized bathroom & a small balcony; it also had a safe and tea-making facilities. It was well-heated (I stayed in January) and the hot water was reliable. I expected some traffic noise, but it was quiet enough not to disturb me.

There was nothing I didn't like. A sachet of coffee as well as tea-bags would have been a nice detail.

The location was really convenient. The room was acceptably comfortable and sufficient for my needs. The front desk staff were pleasantly friendly and always ready to help.

Unfortunately, due to my allergies, the room was a bit dusty, which made it a little uncomfortable, nothing against the hotel, though since I didn't make any special requests. The room was not noise proofed, so I could hear everything going on in other rooms.

Breakfast was nice, variety of cheese, yoghurts, etc. would be great (they were the same during whole week). Staff was very nice.

Smell from the kitchen on the corridor and from the window was very strong but I did not mind. A/C produced very strong and unpleasant smell, fortunately I didn't have to use it (open window was much better option).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, and so were the rooms, very nice modern bathroom, there was a safe in the room, hairdryee, and toiletries. In walking distance to the centre.

Would of been nice to of had a few english channels on the tv. And instructions for the aircon, as it kept going off, think it was on a timer, but coildn't get it back on.

Very comfortable room. It has everything you need, and a very comfortable bed too. It has no lift but it’s only one floor so not too bad. They help you with the suitcase. Location is perfect are you are not in town but close, avoiding the noise and the people.

It would have been nice to have eggs in the morning. It’s mainly bread and pastries.

The hotel is centrally located near train station Porta Nuova. I had a room on the ground floor. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were helpful and great to deal with. There are plenty of good eating places and bars close by.

Being close to the street, it was a little noisy with traffic and noisy pedestrians, but the hotel can’t control that!

Good location, extremely helpful staff, very clean. Good water pressure in shower, large cupboard and a small minibar/fridge. Plenty of nice restaurants within few blocks. Traditional, well-kept hotel with 24 h reception. Very good value, excellent location on relatively quiet street, close to various bus and tram stops plus railway station.

I was ok, but there’s no elevator. For people with large suitcases it may be a challenge.
