The room was spacious and quiet (as I requested), the bathroom was wonderful, the water in the small refrigerator was free, the lighting was great, the location was across the street from the station and the underground parking garage. It was easy to walk to great restaurants and all major attractions in the city, except for the automobile museum, which was worth the visit. The breakfast was in a large, beautiful room and was fabulous, the most varied, ample, and delicious of our trip.

This hotel is outstanding in every way. The staff in all areas, from housekeeping to reception, to the breakfast service to the hotel lobby bar were all incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and all took pride in delivering outstanding service. Because we were booking the hotel in January, we wanted somewhere cozy, inviting, warm and comfortable. This hotel is truly all that and more. It's beautiful and elegant, and in a great location. It is literally across from one of the two main train stations and you'd never know it. We faced the station on the 5th floor and didn't hear the trams or traffic going by, ever. When we booked, our room was described as a "large double" but it turned out to be a king. Not sure if we were upgraded or that's how they describe a King but we were very pleasantly surprised. Best aperol spritz I've ever had was at the hotel lobby bar. Served with nuts, crackers and olives (free of charge) every evening. And the breakfast is included and was the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel, ever. From pastries to bacon and eggs, salmon, yogurt, meats, fresh fruit, cheeses, pancakes: it had it all. You won't be disappointed!

If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to open the spa in the morning for 3 hours as well as the evening. It was only open 5-9:00pm (or thereabouts) and you have to pre-book. The Spa is beautiful and definitely worth the $20 euros but the hours made it a a bit tricky to fit into our day.

Comfortable and quiet room with amazing view, I'm finally have a good sleep! Friendly hotel workers who always glad to help you with any questions, incredible breakfast, high level restaurant and very good lounge bar. All was great! I'm sad that I have no time for spa, but I think it's good too, because in this hotel you can see professional service in each point. So it's first thing to do next time :) I stayed here around week, totally all was perfect and I'm so happy that I chose Turin Palace ❤️ Next time in Turin I'll be glad to stay in this incredible place again! The breakfast was excellent - a large buffet of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, smoke salmon, croissants, great scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and cooked vegetable. The room was large, cool during very hot days in Turin, and had a spacious bathroom, stocked with everything one would need. There is an iron & ironing board available on request, as well as a luggage scale. The rooftop offers beautiful views of the city, and a great place for a meal or drink at the end of the night. Irene at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a winery visit and lunch in Alba. It was a perfect day. My car happened to be damaged by hail on the last day of our stay, and the staff helped cleaned off broken glass from the roof of the car. Truly above and beyond. We'll definitely be back.

Location is ideal for accessing all shopping areas, public transport but keep your eyes and ears open around you for the normal security measures. when walking around the public ways

Whilst the hotel has car parking it has very limited parking spaces you should ask the the hotel for a parking space before booking, since the hotel advised alternative parking across the road at the railway station is very expensive for 24 hours the payment machine requested around 49 Euros, that's too pricey and also be aware that the parking displays advising at this parking that tell you via displays that there are available parking spaces are not correct since it calculates all levels but one level is just for Sixt Car hire only so this is inaccurate for general parking advice, you will end up driving around with out a space to park, also the winding decent and ascent can be tricky.

Superb location. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience, so professional and friendly, yet unobtrusive. Room was super comfortable and immaculately clean - standards were maintained with pristine cleaning on a daily basis. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of fresh produce, staff very attentive and helpful during service and the freshly cooked omelette’s were first class.

What a stunning place, our room for one has been a delight. Exceptionally clean and very elegantly designed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. We stayed in the Deluxe double room with terrace and the terrace was perfect. It started raining so we didn't use it much but didn't really need to as the rooftop bar was brilliant (just keep in mind that food and drink are rather expensive up there) but all the staff have been friendly so far. We received a very warm welcome and incredibly helpful service. Stayed at a few hotels around Italy in this process range for this trip and this is one of the only ones that really felt like you were paying for the luxurious experience. Drinks in the fridge were all complimentary and great to have a little tea/coffee station. Plus the location is fantastic if you're needing the train station

Our stay was perfect!

Everyone is amazing there, especially very helpful and efficient Anna at front desk who closely follows up and resolves things timely, the handsome guy helping me to bring the suitcases to my room, the massage therapist from Lesotho, the server who speaks good English in the breakfast restaurant. They make you feel at home. The spa is incredible! Very comfy! Peaceful and quiet - the appointment system makes us enjoy the spa to the fullest. The therapist from Lesotho really calms my mind. She was great at massage and facial treatment. You will get a brand new you. The breakfast buffet can make you skip the lunch. The room is spacious and clean.

Unfortunately the spa is closed for 2 days, Monday and Tuesday, regularly.

Location is absolutely beautiful- situated right across Porta Nuova train station and within walking distance of Turin central attractions. Reception opens 24/7 and staff speaks good English, very hospitable. Complimentary mini bar replenished daily is something i really appreciate. Breakfast spread was amazing! Especially the made-to-order coffee of my choice. I love the sitting place and the patio available in each rooms.

Turin is birthplace of many high quality Italian coffee brands such as Lavazza - it is such a pity that there was no coffee machine available in the room, rather we were given instant coffee sachets. A decent coffee machine is pretty common in many other hotels I went in Italy or Europe in general, so I think this should be considered to be installed in all rooms. The design of the bathroom is rather odd - shower booth directly facing open glass windows covered by only thin curtains (with no additional cover). I prefer total privacy in bathroom. Location of bidet and toilet is across each other instead of next to each other (i found this rather odd compared to normal Italian bathrooms I have seen - and a little inconvenient to be honest).

We stayed for five nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Gorgeous room with balcony and view of the Alps (backside of the building, not overlooking the train station). The staff was super friendly, helped with all our questions, and made very useful suggestions on restaurants and visiting sites, even before our arrival. The breakfast was delicious(plenty of choices for all tastes) in a fabulous dining room (loved the design). We used the spa facilities once, which were small, but clean, and relaxing after a day’s walking in the city.

Surprised and disappointed that there was no birthday message or other gesture for my partner’s birthday….
