Very quick check-in. Kind and competent staff. We needed a replacement robe and it took all of 5 minutes after phoning the reception for a very nice gentleman to bring it to the room. The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect view out the window. The bathroom was bigger than my first domicile in the city - bathtub + shower. There were more towels in the room than the number of the towels I've ever owned throughout my lifetime combined. Even though most people who can afford €500+ a night probably wouldn't mind being robbed at the minibar, the prices there were more reasonable than in many run-of-the-mill chain hotels. The breakfast buffet had as many items as a small Esselunga, all fresh and high-quality items. You don't even have to work a machine for coffee - you order it and they bring it to your table.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got an immediate upgrade at the check in time on the top floor. The rooms were magnificent, all high quality material, well thought layout. Bathroom with a bath tub and a shower, combination of 2 types of shower heads: rainfall and removable flexible. Convinient walkin closet with places for 2 suitecases to unpack. Seating area with comfortable sofa and chairs. Robes and slippers were nice touch for the comfortable stay.

There is no door between the bedroom and sitting area, could add another level of convinience when friends stop by.

Beautiful hotel . Upgrade was offered , after some inconvenience of the booked room. Room is big and nice .Staff is very nice and wants to help always. Francesca at restaurant breakfast is an extraordinary professional : each time she wants to help so that my breakfast is nice and pleasant , going extra mile each time, so glad she is there to help . Overall people nice and helpful

Good central Location. Everything is reachable by walking. Clean and Modern Hotel, nice Beds and Bathroom. The Spa is small, but has two really nice Saunas. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We got a free Upgrade to the Junio-Suite. The Wlan is fast enought. There is a Privat-Parking Garage close to the Hotel.

Brekfast-Buffet didnt include Meals like Omlettes, Pancakes, poached eggs. The things have to be ordered as Extra for like 8Euros. Its the only 5star Hotel i have been which this Extra costed extra. Parking for 42Euros per Night is on the expensive side. The Spa is opening at Lunch. I wished it would open earlier, at least at 10:00. Rooftop top Bar would have been nice, but is not counting in my review.

We booked this hotel for my parents' trip to Turin. They were simply AMAZAED. My Mom said it was PERFECT. The room was extremely spacious, the quality of all the materials used was superb. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because it allows to view the city on foot. Some shops even gave discounts when they found out what the residence of my parents was :)) It is pricey, no, expensive I would say, but since it was for a special occasion, it was totally worth it :) So if you can aford it, grab it!

Beautiful experience, we got upgraded to the Junior Suite, which was simply amazing, the bed was huge, the bathroom beautiful and the shower amazing ! Every little detail was taken care of! View amazing on Turin, the spa ; we were shocked, so beautiful and it was the biggest Hammam we’ve ever seen ! Not speaking about the breakfast which was full of options, everything was tasty, definitely going to come back to this hotel if we come back in Turin! And the kindness of all the personnel was also wonderful !

The reception was quick and efficient both in check in and check out. The bar is great with a nice selection of drinks. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the pistachio cream croissants. The room was a free upgrade to a suite that had so much space and was incredibly comfortable. Location is convenient for the train station and for the centre of Turin. The bathroom was absolutely perfect. The spa was relaxing and gorgeous. One of the best spa pools I've been in.

Very nice Hotel, great service, very central. The room (upgraded) was very nice. The SPA is small but nice to relax after a city Tour.

I've chosen the hotel also by the criteria, that the hotel offers a charging station for my electric car. The parking is not operated by the hotel itself and the charging station has not been working for several weeks (I was informed by the hotel after the booking directly). But this was at the end no issue, because Torino has a lot of public chargers around the hotel.

The welcome, the smile, the free room upgrade, the beautiful Tourin view, the Jazz & Cocktail upon Arrival- amazing bartender and unparalleled Bellini 😍! The attentioned dinner.

A little too difficult to have the car still taken care in the garage during the sightseeing - within the 24 hrs paid - but after check out. All worked well in the end, just would have been nice to have it smoother, as part of the stay. Air noise a bit annoying at night in the room - even min fan and no air-conditioning.

This was my second stay. The hotel location is very central. The rooms are comfortable and clean. With the only exception of a female waitress at breakfast, the staff was friendly and well trained, especially the male staff serving at the tables. Please keep in mind the hotel category is 5 stars and not 5 stars + luxury. This means the hotel standards are very good but they don’t provide any services or attention typical of luxury hotels. This is not a negative pointer, just something to be aware of if you are used to 5L hotels.

It’s difficult to find any negatives. I had the feeling the hotel was understaffed given the high season. This could lead to longer check-in or check-out times and chaotic breakfast service during peak times.
