breakfast excellent, pool fantastic . shuttle bus service great . bedroom for 3 spacious and balcony was terrific,

expensive dinner , had to go out for dinner as too expensive too eat in all the time . menu quite limited .

Perfect location if you ski, as this is the last hotel on the top of the hill. You can easily ski in and out. The hotel also has bus to the center every half an hour which is super comfortable too. It has a heated pool and some part of it going outside. Good breakfast and restaurant has great views. Room and other facilities were fine

Parking is paid, 20 euro a day or if you want to stay until 1 pm, you have to pay 10 eur. Spa facilities are extra and rather ok. There is one small sauna which hardly keeps the desired heat.

Superb breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff outstanding. Rooms fine - shower worked brilliantly. Bar staff are great and efficient. We only had one evening meal but that was excellent. Loved the courtesy bus in and out of town and Pedro the driver was excellent and very patent. Our second stay here and not disappointed.

As it is a spa as well as a hotel, the temperature is rather warm and the boot room was too hot! Can't believe I wrote that - but it is v warm. Only issue to be aware of is the ski in and out is not for beginners. We were fine with it - so not a complaint more a fact for others - you must be confident to get in and out especially at the end of the day when the slope is cut up and icy and/or moguls. Those less confident could be taken down by the bus and there was a collection from the bottom of the lift at close of play.

Hotel is really good and we would like to come back again. Our room was clean and cozy with a mountain view. Don’t forget to take your swimming suits because I really recommend you to visit spa in this hotel. It has an amazing view and outside pool as well. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was actually good. There were a lot of different dishes and snacks and everyone can find what they like.

Before going there I really recommend you to check the weather in advance, because when we came there was a blizzard and strong wind so we couldn’t ski. Probably you can call the reception and ask about skiing and weather or find this info on the Internet

Location for ski in and out. On site ski hire saved lots of hassle although quite limited. Hotel Shuttle bus service in and out of town was good. Excellent breakfast with fabulous views. Clean spacious room with nice modern bathroom. Sky TV showing all Premier league matches in rooms so good for teenage boys. Nice lounge/bar area for relaxing.

Additional charge of 20 euros per person for use of pool and spa which was not made clear at point of booking. Evening dining options were quite limited especially for children.

Lovely breakfast and dinner, excellent service, pleasant lounge area. Really nice ambiance. The room was comfortable and immaculately cleaned every day. Great access to slopes providing you are comfortable with a red slope.

The use of the swimming pool should have been free for residents, given that it is pictured on photographs as one of the facilities offered to guests. The path from the boot room to the slope was dangerous and was not cleared after asking twice for it to be done. A hotel of this quality should provide a complimentary box of tissues in the room.

Great hotel and great location. Very nice apps and drinks before dinner time.

Because it was so far from town, it would have been nice to have more food available at the hotel outside of the main meal times (breakfast and dinner). Kitchen closed early (and you needed a booking) andthe only food available was a toastie from the bar. Was difficult when we arrived late and there was no where to eat.

Breakfast was 10/10, rooms were great Access and parking and facilities and people were really positive

Spa was included in all images and adverts yet there was a significant charge for the use of them facilities even as a hotel guest which was the only downside in my opinion

Charged €12 for 1 hour in the hotel Spa even though it wasnt a cheap hotel to stay at. Reception staff were unfriendly and everything seemed too much trouble for them,

having read a few negative reviews, we didn’t know what to expect, but I have to say this hotel is superb, the service from all the staff was excellent, my daughter is gluten intolerant and the waiting staff went out of there way to provide her with a range of gluten free options. The hotel is clean, warm, the spa facilities are excellent, yes they cost 25 euros for 2 hours but considering the views and location this is a fair price , total luxury! The breakfast buffet has to be seen! so much choice! from smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, Prosecco, full English, pastries , croissant, pancakes, waffles , breads of all kinds, cheeses, fresh fruits, fresh juices , cakes , snacks to take away, real value for money! evening food was fantastic too. the ski in ski out is perfect, straight on to the piste, room service, unbelievable views of the resort! a shuttle bus to take you in and out of town, it really has it all! I will be recommending this place to friends and any body else’s that’s wants a fuss free luxury ski holiday. ski pass and hire all available at the hotel. well done White angel! fantastic!
