Nice location in the historic center of Venice. The communication with the staff was easy and efficient. There are complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge. Overall, good value for money.

The bed linen needs to be updated immediately - I’m sure it’s freshly washed but everything was so worn out that it gives you the feeling that you sleep in some trashy hostel. Also, there was some dust on the furniture and the pillows in the wardrobe didn’t have pillow cases on them so they were practically useless.

I loved the friendliness of the staff of this hotel and the easiness it was to find and also loved the fact that I could get the keys on my phone. Room was so clean and comfortable and while I didn’t get the breakfast I did have a coffee and the staff couldn’t do enough for me and my daughter - really lovely hotel within walking distance to all the museums etc. very reasonable price as well

Did not use the breakfast option. The location of the hotel was great for us. if you have problems climbing stairs I would choose another location but it was good for us. The room was an ok size but if you are here to see Venice that should not sway your decision to stay here.

There was nothing negative about this experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and it was not a problem. We wanted to see a few things after checkout and they held our luggage without question.

The location was excellent, easy to walk to every part of Venice. The breakfast was good and there was a good variety of options. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely too and were available when we needed them.

The only very small drawback is of course that the building is outdated so the bathroom was a bit run-down (but clean!)

Amazing rooms with plenty of space, and really comfortable bedding/furniture! Great location too, and excellent value for money for accommodation in Venice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, low stress stay while enjoying the city.

Everything was great! We struggled with setting the air-conditioner, and wifi was connection was okay, but did not affect our stay/overall enjoyment.

The hotel is centrally located in old Venice, just a 7-minute walk to the Doge's Palace. Despite the small room, it had a cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent; our room was ready early, and the breakfast, served by an attentive staff, was great. We were pleasantly surprised to learn we could leave our baggage until 6 p.m. after check-out, saving us money. Overall, a wonderful experience – I'll recommend it to friends visiting Venice.

The room was on the 1st floor and was very charming. We had a huge bed that was very comfortable. Could have stayed in it all day! The room was cleaned daily, even over the Easter holiday. There were tea & coffee making facilities. En-suite shower was satisfactory.

The only thing that would have helped is a slightly cheaper cost for breakfast as 20 Euros each per day was very high. It wasn't a problem as we walked to the nearest cafe which was around 3 minutes to walk and cost 7 Euros each.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage so we could walk around. They called for dinner reservations for us and also arranged a water taxi to the airport.

There were a lot of stairs and very narrow hallways to get to our room but not unusual for Venice. The breakfast was ok. I think the coffee machine was broken so we had to keep asking her to make cappuccinos for us.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful with loads of space. The location was great for visiting Venice on foot.

It was extremely hot when we visited and although we had air conditioning in the room, perhaps the unit wasn't quite powerful enough for the space (very high ceiling in a room at the top of the building). However, much better to have the air con that we did rather than none at all.

This was a fabulous find. Right in the centre of Venice (within a 10-15 minute walk of the Rialto) but so quiet in the evenings. The room was luxurious, well-equipped and comfortable. Having a fridge made a real difference as we could chill water and keep the cost of eating in Venice down by making up packed lunches. The breakfast was also superb. The best scrambled eggs I've ever had!

The water in the bathroom sometimes had a bit of a smell to it, but honestly, I think that is just Venice in a hot summer. Everywhere was very clean.
