great location, friendly helpful staff, clean, fresh

a small thing but the air con on our room didn’t work properly which was an issue as we couldn’t have windows open due to mosquitoes

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful and spoke great English. They were very accommodating to our early check in. Part of our hotel fee was a one way boat trip and glass factory tour in Murano. The staff organise this for you. The location of the hotel is right on the water for easy drop off and pick up via water taxi as this or walking is the only way around. The location was central to restraunts and shops within walking distance. The staff organised us a taxi direct to the airport for an early morning flight.

The water taxi to the hotel is quite expensive and the taxi to the airport is very expensive.

The hotel is excellent. Great location, very clean, modern room and very friendly staff. Our door handle broke in our ensuite and the staff had it fixed very very quick. Obviously these things can happen but the response from staff was very impressive. Very trendy cool interior and beautiful large bedroom and bathroom. We got a private water taxi from the airport which was a little expensive but it was great fun and very convenient. Pick up 5 minutes walk from the airport arrivals and dropped on the door step of the hotel. Arriving by water was part of the fun for us.

The only minor issue was our room was too warm. But I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Location was great as we were central to most places. When dropped off on the water taxi from the airport we were right by the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast gave a good amount of choice. Wifi was included and good coverage. There were some good restaurants close by but far enough for it to be quiet outside at night.

Our room (number 4) was at the top of the stairs so noise carried up from the dining area when they set up at night and in the morning. We also had a cleaning cupboard next to us which was in use often and was noisy. I would happily stay again but would request not to be in room 4 or 5. Otherwise it was great.

Again, it was a great experience that started (and ended) with the hotel people on hand whom I contacted for a water taxi to the hotel. Very helpful! A young English-speaking woman met us at the end of our train, contacted our water taxi, and guided us to the exact location for boarding. It was pricey but worth it, as it took us to the dock only 100 steps from the hotel. Also, we received a discount for using them to take us back to the train station, and the hotel desk people, along with the taxi people, went above and beyond to secure our access to the taxi, which had been blocked at the end of the dock by a service boat—a unique and memorable experience. Also, it was our favorite (bathroom) shower of the trip, and the morning breakfast and service were excellent. And, great location!

The location was great. We had a room with a view to the Grand Canal. The staff was very nice, recommending restaurants which were very good.

Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel nestled at the end of a quite street near water.The city is mostly accesible by water.No car access on streets.The staff is very pleasant and helpful .Everything is walkable from hotel location which is quite central. Breakfast is really a nice spread with just about everything to eat.Rooms are descent size , bed is comfortable ,size max 2 twin beds put together to make 1 larger bed. Modern bathroom and shower .Super clean , air conditioning works well.

I loved the hotel! Placed in the great neighbourhood, close to the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco. The room was very clean, warm and intimate, bed was one of the comfiest I've ever had in any hotel. The service was professional and polite. I definitely recommend the hotel and I'd stay here again when travelling to Venice, especially considering the price/value ratio.

Refilling the water everyday and maybe placing the hotel info in the room would be helpful (check-out times, breakfast hours etc).

Wonderful boutique hotel situated in a lovely part of Venice. Close to all ameneties. Lovely Piazzas and restaurants in the area. The amazing and scenic Acedemia Bridge is close by. If you like classical cultural events, the San Vidal Church is also closeby where incredible classical concerts are held regularly The front of house staff are all amazing. Always helpful and smiling. It really enhanced my visit . A special mention to the night porter, he was also so helpful. It was like home from home. Looking forward to staying at this fab hotel again.
