The hotel was situated in a brilliant location, very central to everything you'd want to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful too! The breakfast was tasty and we loved that it got delivered to the room every morning :) the room had everything we needed and the complimentary prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch.

The bed was pretty solid for our taste and there seemed to be a never ending stream of mosquitos and we couldn't work out where they were coming from as all the windows were closed. Very minor things really and we would happily stay there again.

Loved how close the hotel was to the Grand Canal and water bus station. An easy walk to Piazza San Marco, St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace, Rialto Bridge as well as the Esplanade along the Grand Canal. Room was good, plenty of space although a little awkward with large suitcases and the steps outside of the lift up to and in the room. Bathroom was a great size and towels were awesome. Bed was comfy and breakfast was very well done with lots of choices, either sent to your room or taken down in the bar area. Lovely gift from Management of Prosecco for two and fresh fruit upon checking in.

Seating was not comfy. Guess though that most are there for exploring Venice and not spending too much time in the room. Temperature at this time of year was ok but AC didn't seem to work in the room. Thankful for screens on a couple of windows and a quiet street outside at night. No fan in bathroom for steam extraction.

The location is great, right in the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the water bus stop with direct connection to the airport. The staff are absolutely fantastic and despite the number of tourists the deal with, they greet everyone with smile and are willing to help with everything they can. We were allowed to the room a bit earlier, and also we were allowed to keep luggage before check in and after check out. Breakfast is simple, but adequate and needs to be ordered the evening before with an option to have it in the room.

Nothing really to point out. It's relatively expensive in comparison to what you'd expect to pay for a double room, but appreciate Venice in general is not a cheap place.

The outside of the hotel does not reflect the interior, which is superb. The room was a good size and decor lovely. When we entered the room, the first thing we saw was a big bowl of fruit. Then, the doorbell rang and we were presented with a bottle of Prosecco. The bathroom was beautiful - big marble spa bath (which my wife took full advantage of). The location was great - short walk up from the water taxi and not far from St Mark's square. Lots of dinner options nearby. The breakfast included was really nice - a good selection to have in our room or in the dining room.

There was no coffee available in the room.

Excellent locations. The room was far better than expected with great facilities including jacuzzi bathtub, mini bar (reasonably priced), TV that easily connected to Netflix, very large comfy bed and lots of closet space. The location was very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and served to the room at no additional expense.

My only issue was the lack of a view however we were simply in the wrong part of the building, I’m sure other rooms had a great view.

The hotel is located very conveniently to on of the canal docks which is serviced by both the airport transfer service and the regular passenger ferries. Less than a 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Excellent restaurant across from the front door. The staff were all lovely and quite helpful. The room was lovely, but as expected it was a little small. The hotel is presented beautifully. Facilities were quite good for the circumstances (old building, in Venice), and had an elevator as well - its just a bit compact! The beds were fine, kitchen was great and the in-room breakfast was lovely.

The shower was a bit marginal at times - but we experienced no real problems. We had a scare with the toilet, but it cleared second time around. In fairness, I can't think of anything negative to say.

My boyfriend and I were incredibly impressed with the hotel. The staff were so friendly, the room was lovely & the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was great and definitely set us up for the day - there were pancakes, bread rolls, croissants, scrambled eggs, toast, ham, cheese, cakes - a good variety! I think most people have breakfast delivered to their rooms, but we ate in the bar area which was really nice. The location is 10/10 (approx 5 minute walk to St Mark’s square and a 2 minute walk from the Santa Maria Del Giglio water taxi station which we went to to get to and from the airport). The Prosecco in the room on arrival was a lovely touch.

Nothing - it was a great stay!!

The hotel is right off the pier, which means no dragging your bags to inner parts of the island.

The only issue is the sleeping arrangements are not conducive for couples as they are uncomfortable due to there being two single beds pushed together and nothing to make the separation seamless.

The property was stellar. The room was spacious, clean, well maintained, plentifully stocked with linens, toiletries, kitchenwares, and easily accessible. The staff made the stay exceptional with great communication before and during our stay, helpful hints for dining, and seamless scheduling of a water taxi to the airport. The in-room breakfast was tasty, timely, and convenient. The most delightful and unexpected feature was a chilled bottle of wine, a fruit tray, and nuts waiting for us on our arrival.
