The night staff was rude he was quick to cancel my booking with a non refundable deposit or refund for booking the room . He lied to me and told me if I change my handicap room to regular room it would be a 10$ upcharge but on the booking app it was the same price he was trying to over charge me and I didn’t like that .

I liked that the place was clean and the environment friendly. they upgraded the room which was nice and clean.

Nothing whenever I stay there it’s the same always worth the money spent.

This was my second time staying at the Gardena Terrace. I enjoyed both stays and will continue to book with them.

I had to change rooms cause the first room the air conditioner wasn't working and it is really hot in California right now

Everything was very good .The staff was really nice. They even have a laundry room. close to restaurants and markets. they also have kitchenettes which I prefer. quiet. If I need I will choose to go back

very quiet and reasonable prices, walls could be a bit cleaner but other than that I enjoy my stays there always. staff is also really cool

The staff Lisa was very nice on phone before I checked in and also at check in time . She has great customer service and was very nice . I will definitely book there again soon
