We loved this hotel! Such a beautiful area, so close to the beach, and having breakfast overlooking the marina is perfect. Breakfast itself was alright, but everything else was wonderful. Staff were really friendly, room was spotless and much larger than we expected. Pool was lovely because it wasn’t freezing cold. We only stayed two nights here but wish we had stayed more! We would stay here again if we were in the area again.

The breakfast was alright. There was decent choice but not the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Could have done with some fresh fruit.

The hotel itself is really nice and updated. The 1 bedroom suite is very large and clean. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The $10 fee covers internet and they give you access to free activities everyday.

The breakfast was had no flavor. The eggs were very watery and there is no flavored creamer anywhere. The ac units in the room do cool but it takes a while to cool down. Very hard to find street parking so you have no choice but to use valet

The hotel seemed fantastic - unfortunately due to flight delays and a very early departure, I had very little time at the hotel but the room was very spacious and I believe would be a great spot to hang out for a couple of days.

I missed having the opportunity to walk along the boardwalk and see the sights. I also didnt like that you had to take a shuttle bus from LAX to catch an UBER - it meant that I spent more time on a bus than I would have transferring directly to the hotel. This is not the hotels fault.

Staff, inclusive breakfast, marina location, cleanliness, bar area was nice.

Room sold as water view which is disingenuous. If you try you can see one small corner of the marina. Staff even acknowledged that this was a stretch. Felt like the room was mis-sold.

A really nice hotel with a large room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom and even a small kitchen. Overall the infrastructure was really good for US standards.

The breakfast was really love-less, minimalistic, a lot of pre-packaged low quality things, there was no fruit, no good coffee. This was really disappointing, given that the breakfast room was beautiful and it would have been great to sit there, enjoy the great view on the harbour and have a nice breakfast. Given the high prices, one can expect a little bit more love to the breakfast.

Coffee was not hot enough. Cream was not kept refilled Parking was too expensive. Needs to be a more affordable option

The room was excellent. We stayed in a studio which had lots of space for 2 persons with a sofa and a small kitchen. The room was very clean and everything new. The breakfast was Ok though not fantastic. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Some of the staff was not so nice and seemed unprepared, namely the younger staff. Clearly in need of some trainning for customer service. On the other hand some of the more senior staff were quite nice, we got a lady at reception on our check out that was extremely nice. Our room was on the groundfloor and so we had a view to the vallet parking which was not the great. The breakfast was ok but lacked bread and some muffins.

the room, the layout of the room, and the bed quality, unfortunately, it's not enough light in vanity-bathroom.

the free breakfast food was awful - scramble eggs taste like carbon, turkey sausage is dry and hard, only have one waffle maker machine while most of the guests line up to make waffle since this is the food that edible.

The view from our room was awesome and very relaxing

We paid for a sea view suite and the first one they gave us was smelly and dark. They did change us was good. The breakfast was lacking and we didnt eat there again after the first morning

Fantastic location on the marina overlooking boats and yachts. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Restaurant menu was interesting, food served was great and service in the restaurant was good.

Car parking fee's are high, but no different to other similar hotels in Los Angeles. Hotel reception staff and restaurant front desk were not particularly welcoming. These are minor complaints that make this a good hotel, rather than a great one.
