Comfort Inn was fine with very friendly and helpful staff. However,, Booking.com has been a nightmare.

Booking.com is a nightmare. I cancelled the last of three nights for two rooms a week in advance of arrival, well within the time frame required to make the change without penalty. Nevertheless, a few days after I cancelled the third night, booking.com charged me for the three days for two rooms anyway and is giving me the runaround to get my refund. Including wanting me to call a number in Europe. Be aware that you cannot email Booking.com customer service, Your email will be returned undeliverable. You can only communicate via these windows. My girlfriend and I were very surprised with this visit. For the price, we were definitely expecting less. But a comfortable room, a nice king size bed, and some great breakfast have us thinking we’re going to come back for sure. Thanks to the staff for keeping everything simple and easy. 👍🏽

Smell in our room was like someone tried smoking cigarettes out of the window. Wasn’t too over-bearing but noticeable for sure. Other than that we were satisfied with the room for sure.

I did love how the room provided a supply of sheets and towels for the bathroom. The toiletries and television were awesome assets for a lazy inside the room lol. The pool was also soothing.

Wish the food was well-prepared and offered more to eat. Was appetizing but felt hungrier after dining in at the hotel. The room and fitness center made up for it though!

Location is the best thing they have dinners, shopping centers. Also clean.

Some staff are not friendly/ courteous, for example: if you greet them don’t expect a response back and not compliant to upon request even though you requested was base on the timeline in place by them.

The hotel was clean the moment you walked in, staff was very nice, we loved the pool, breakfast was amazing, the property was clean. The rooms were perfect.

pool was well maintained not sure if it had the right level of chlorine since it was a bit strong, but if it was then I assume it suppose to be that way.

Staff was very polite and professional, the breakfast was good with several choices. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t have an ice bucket in my room and had to use a plastic bag. When we first arrived one of the bulbs in our room were blown, but was fixed right away.

Comfort Inn is in a central location. The room was nicely furnished, and the staff were very nice.

The hotel is older. The carpets were worn down and paint was chipped in places. It made the place look dirty. It could use a face lift.

The person who fretted us at night was funny and friendly, and professionally dressed.

The lady in the cafeteria was arguing with herself the whole time. The entrance to the lobby had a bad smell that didn’t go away,

I really liked this hotel stay. It’s in a good area with a few fast food options & restaurants. There’s a mini complex with a few extra stores including a nail salon. I didn’t have to really get out of the area too much and it’s 15 min away from downtown Hartford. Room was clean & nice. Staff was friendly.

Pool & gym was closed at the time, I think due to covid. Breakfast options was very minimal but I guess it’s still something.

Good breakfast ,clean room , comfortable bed, great value

Work out equipment, was out of order or otherwise inadequate.. coffee service was not 24h as claimed
