willing to help with any need that came up. got us extra towels, extra blanket to make sure we were comfortable. extended our stay for a couple nights.

would like more breakfast choices, maybe scrambled eggs, sausage, to go along with the waffles. fruits (apples, oranges, ) juices.

I love stay there the people are real polite and respectful and it's a quiet place to rest

But I don't like it when you go into rent your room everybody's outside and the people are real rude

The waffles in the mornings, quiet for this side of town, dog friendly, 24hr access to laundry machines.

ATM was out of order, was put on 2nd floor when I reserved a patio/private entrance ground floor room, the pet fee

Everyone was polite. They were under construction but it did not cause any inconvenience or noise.

They gave me permission to fill my thermos in the mornings which was great but the person responsible for keeping up the continental breakfast area seemed to take it personal that I was taking so much coffee, lol.

Got Handicap room it was all brand new but design for being handicapped was hard on my grandmas

The breakfast was good and fresh they never bothered us with roomservice and front desk was always friendly.

That you can't smoke in the room was a mega turn off

No breakfast, the cost of laundry

Our room was clean and had no smoke smell. The beds were comfortable, not amazing but good. Front desk staff, Seth, was very helpful at check in.

Breakfast was marginal but because of COVID-19 understood. Room for four of us had only one set of towels, one of the A/C units did not work, sink stopper worked but was not working properly. Each of these were addressed and resolved.

Rooms and check in were great. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Parking was a little hard but managed. AC/ Heat was a slight problem, but the staff fixed it promptly.
