The staff was super polite anytime we interacted. I liked that we had a separate “living room” area to relax on the couch or eat at a table. Mini fridge and microwave in the rooms was so great for multiple day stay. The indoor pool was nice and my kids loved it. We were so close to everything in town and even walked to dinner one night. I’d come back and stay again.

Night one was rough trying to get comfortable and sleep in our bed, not sure if they were uncomfortable beds or if I’m just not used to sharing a smaller bed with my husband, so not really the hotels fault. Only thing that was kinda crappy was having super dirty feet walking around in the hotel room. Makes you feel kinda yucky. The hotel didn’t feel dirty or gross until you would look at your feet. You could shower and 10 minutes later your feet are black.

The fact they had a inside and outside pool and hot tub.

This is my go-to hotel 4 times a year for awhile now. Stayed here dozens of times.An older property, but for price, location and room size, you can't beat it! The breakfast is always good with a good assortment of foods. 👍😀👍

The breakfast was good. The staff was good.. The room was clean. It had a small kitchenette which I liked. I loved the set up of the room with the bath between the rooms. It accomdates a family well with this setup. It seemed large and the family could spread out and having the bath between the rooms even gave extra space for changing clothes ect. Walking out the door to the pool was awesome. Both pools were nice in and outdoor. I liked the balcony as well. It has a lot of accodations

Izz Just didn't like the beds. I slept in the queen bed alone a couple of nights and the hide a bed one night and both were lumpy and bumpy. Ugh. The hide a bed mattress was too thin. No sleep not good.

Super close the Soaky Mountain/the beginning of the strip. Lay out of the room was perfect. Sitting room by door with the bathroom in the middle and the beds in the back. It kept the bedroom extra dark, quiet and cold. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool

Little parking. We were on the first floor and got back a little late with two sleeping kids. We had to park across the lot because the spots in front of our room were taken but that's not exactly the hotels fault. We found a slug in our bath tub and had wet floors in the sitting room.

It had a couch that we both could sit on together to watch tv. Two tvs were great and the picture quality was perfect !! Bed was high but very comfortable.

We wanted to go swimming but were on the third floor and couldn’t walk to the pool.. we are disabled and our room was too far away. The toilet was too low to the floor and was very hard to get up from.

Very nice staff, continental breakfast had lots of options to choose from, nice size rooms for a family of 5, indoor, outdoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice and clean. Also had an outdoor area to sit outside, very nice. Property is about 40 mins from Gatlinburg. Lots of places to eat and shop around where the hotel is located.

The couch/sofa bed in our room was not comfortable to sleep on. Also would be nice to have need more light over the area where you put your suitcase. Had to keep opening the curtains to bring more light in.

We have stayed many times over the years….I love the suite aspect of the place….

The price jumped quite a bit for the pet fee….the food was something we used to love….this trip….not sure what happened…..but the breakfast was not nearly as good as it has been in the past….we skipped the 2nd day breakfast….

One of the beds were lower enough for my wife to get into she has alot of health issues. The room was clean, pool and hot tub were clean. Overall the stay was great.

We've been staying here for the last 4 or 5 years, every Christmas. After 3 nights, I decided to get our room for another night, extend the family's vacation. Keep in mind, this is a 2 star hotel and the extra night was in the middle of the week. They charged me 163 dollars for a Tuesday night. We love the hotel, but that's alot for one night.

This has been our go-to hotel for years on our return trips from Virginia to visit my mom. Have stayed here dozens of times. It's an older facility but that never bothered me. Breakfast is always good here. Never had a dud breakfast there yet. Good location, as you are still a bit away from the Pidgeon Forge crazy! You've got Krispy Kreme just up the way, a Longhorn Steakhouse a few miles away, and the Alamo Steakhouse if you feel like braving the PF traffic.

Pricing fluctuates wildly at this facility depending on time of year and events in town. I've paid as low as $68 bucks but I never booked it when they were asking for over $130. I've seen prices there occasionally asking/ charging almost $200 bucks a night!
