We loved that the property was close to Tanger Outlet, Places to Eat, and Things to Do. It was very clean and everyone there were very nice and friendly.

It was right on the parkway which we like but it is not easy to get in and out of the property unless you go the back way to the red light if there’s a lot of traffic. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are too hard. I suggest if you have one you are really use to and it’s soft take it with you. Other than that everything is great!

The location is spot on. There is a light to make a left onto parkway, just use the side road. The pool while small is well taken care. Breakfast is ok and could use additional choices which could include yogurt and other fresh fruit. The room are large and spacious and the water pressure is more than enough. Oh and no bugs!

The rooms get hot, the ac can only do so much and may be outdated. Bring a box fan for better circulation. As well the pillows could be better, but you could always bring your own or buy them.

My sister and I took my elderly mother and cousin to Pigeon Forge as a Mother's Day gift. Pigeon River Inn had only a short walk from the door to the elevator and our room was the first one after we got off the elevator even though I had forgotten to ask for a close one. Mom loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks. It is so close to everything and we could feel free to go knowing that if Mom got tired we could get her back in a few minutes.

If I had to complain about something it would only be that we had 3 sets of towels for 4 people but we asked for more and were quickly given them

Our family of five (2 parents, 1 young adult, 1 teen, and 1 child) loved the location and size of the room. A lot of suites we've stayed in at other hotels have felt skinny and cramped, but the layout here was a lot better. We had plenty of room to get around and stretch out without being on top of each other. Staff was friendly and professional. It was very clean and well-kept. It was fairly easy to get in and out from the road, easy to find, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. We were right near the road, but the noise level wasn't bad at all.

The beds could have been more comfortable, and I'm not even sure the exhaust fan in the bathroom actually is one. Parking in the main lot was odd and packed. There is a small parking area and garage under the main lot, but we didn't know until the second night, as no one told us and it wasn't obvious to find the entrance to (which is to drive around the pool). We only even discovered it was there due to my son wanting to look over the edge of the main area. Someone wrote a derogatory note to us on our windshield while our car was parked in that lower level, which is not the hotel's fault, but still made us feel a little disheartened about parking there. Everyone we met was really sweet, so that was totally unexpected.

The room was clean and comfortable. It sits on a creek but we didn't pay for a room overlooking the creek. Not really in walking distance to much. It is right across the parkway from Apple barn. Just down the street from Wonder Works.

I had read reviews that the breakfast was great. I would rate it fair-good. Scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, bagels, waffles, muffins, cereal, oatmeal packets. Milk & juice in the machine. (which I always think tastes gross).

I liked most of the staff . I also enjoyed my stay . The room was nice ✨️😍. I enjoyed the fireplace .

The spa tub was not as clean as it should be ... need to clean the spa tubs better 😩 the heart shaped tub had mold around the edge of it ... and black stuff in the jets ... so please 🙏 clean them better . The coffee maker was so dusty . The bed was not as comfortable as it should be .The microwave needs to be upgraded in that room badly ... it had burn marks in it, and the glass plate does not fit in the microwave ... other than those things, it was great 👍🏻.

While the room itself was clean and comfy we did find a roach climbing up the wall behind the tv. That was unsettling. We worried that there would be more and get into our luggage. We didn’t complain about it because we didn’t see another after that The buffet for breakfast was just ok. They could use some improvement there with options.

Breakfast buffet and roach issue. Even one roach is not acceptable.

Great location. Our room was very spacious.

Pool looked larger in pictures online. Didn’t care for our room being on first floor. We heard lots of movement (ex. Children screaming and running the Halls at 11 pm) and didn’t feel comfortable being able to open our window curtains because people could see into the room.

location, price, very clean, large selection of breakfast items, linens were plush in bathroom, bedding was comfortable. pool was small but great for kids to play in. we had a balcony room with just standard plastic furniture but it was clean and seating was comfortable. elevator was good, clean and areas were well lit. HVAC was quiet and kept room comfortable. tv had wide selection of programs. wifi was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. overall a good value for the money

could be noisy with Parkway traffic. towel bar kept falling off wall. tv remote could be a bit tricky.
