Everyone was friendly,room was clean. The breakfast was amazing A great variety, for dietary need . The shower felt great after a long drive, relaxing my muscles. When I fell asleep, it was very quiet. I loved the room smelt clean no cigarette. I absolutely loved the view of the mountains.

I can't even think of anything negative as the whole experience was relaxing and much needed.

Very friendly front desk. Beds were made every day, and room cleaned up. Room and lobby very clean.

They removed all the dressers in the rooms, since we were last there 9 months ago! Confirmed by the front desk. There are no drawers in the rooms at all. None in the nightstands or the bathroom either. Nowhere to put clothes except on a small hanging rack. Not room-friendly, for someone spending a few nights there, and doesn't want to live out of their suitcase. Also, although the beds are comfortable, they are on metal platforms, that are very noisy when you move around. We've stayed 2 separate times in 2 separate rooms, and both rooms had the noisy beds.

Breakfast of eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles, coffee was very good. Service was lovely! It was an older hotel but had many new upgrades in the hotel lobby as well as the rooms. Beds were very comfortable! The shower had great pressure!

I don't usually like having an outside entrance to our hotel room but we felt safe. There was a dead bolt. Other than that there was nothing not to like. The hotel staff were all very accommodating for any needs that we might have.

The beds were very comfortable and the updates to the bathroom were nice. Good water pressure.

There was no shower bar to get in and out and my elderly mother had trouble. The breakfast was just ok, not much flavor. The second day of our stay, housekeeping didn't bother to make the beds and didn't replenish the toiletries.

Good price, tidy room, comfortable bed, just enough amenities, quite nice breakfast including eggs bacon waffles cereal coffee, and super pleasant service people. Fridge coffee maker and microwave in the room. Parked right outside the door.

Had a bit of trouble with the electronic door key, though help was quick and got it resolved.

The availability of coffee is a big plus. We departed for bass tournament at 4:30 so we missed breakfast but the coffee was ready. Plenty of outlets available for charging boat batteries.

Rain gutter was blocked or something. The rain water was coming over the gutter and hitting the column base splashing the water pretty good. The outlet we were using was right in the middle of that. One plug in on that outlet was not working.

When we arrived at 5 pm, our room was not ready, due a shortage of housekeeping help. We were told it would be another 45 minutes or so. We asked for a room on the lower level, because the hotel did not have an elevator and I cannot walk up more than a few stairs. At first, the desk clerk/manager said they didn't have any downstairs rooms available. However, a few minutes later, the desk clerk/manager said he was able to move some other reservations around, and was able to give us a downstairs room, and no wait. We are so appreciative of the extra effort he went to, to accommodate our situation.

The bed, having a metal platform, was a little noisy whenever you moved.

This hotel was very close to our grandson's house and to several restaurants. The breakfast was quite good, with a good choice of foods. The only complaint was that the bacon wasn't cooked enough. Everything else was very good.

For location it is a little bit lacking but over all very clean inside and out. And considering its located right off the interstate it is fairly quite.

I asked for extra bath towels and wash rags for our room bc I booked for 4 ppl and the room was only stocked on our arrival with 3 of each. They did bring us what was asked but they did not restock and additions hand towels, toilet paper or other items.

The property is always super clean and friendly staff

The only thing I don’t like about the property is the platform for the bed if you move during the night it sounds like your mattress is on top of metal.
