Location, clean

Needs some work and updating. Pool area is dangerous and needs updating. When exiting pool the floor is very slippery. Would benefit from a textured surface to keep from sliding. Breakfast area needs to stay open longer. Lots of construction type workers in facility when we were there. They were loud in their rooms and hung outside in the parking lot which made it difficult to rest. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay

The breakfast was great, had several options to choose from for everyone.

The only complaint I have is, the ceilings had black around the edges not sure if it was dirt or mold. RM 220 underneath the desk/table something had been spilled and splatter down the wall. We seen it while sitting on the bed. Other than these 2 things it was a pleasant stay. The children enjoyed the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast. We were also very happy they were able to give us adjoining rooms as requested.

The towels were soft. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure was good. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.

The alarm clock in the room had charging ports but it was broken and the coffee wasn't very good in the room. It tasted much better at the breakfast though.

The location was perfect, I had access to what I needed. I also was glad that it had a fridge and microwave in it. I think having an indoor pool was good as well.

The bathroom had a few dead creatures or leftovers from one just left there. The pool was not heated and Parking was scarce in the late night.

Everything was pretty much okay. You could hear a lot through the walls, though. A lot of banging coming from other rooms even heard people beating on walls as well. I'm not sure if it was rooms around us or above us.

All noise was pretty much all we didn't like coming from around us. It even woke us up several times.

The hotel itself

The girl name Mitchell acting so rude just because I showed up at 1:24 pm and not 3 pm??! And yes this is WHY I ASKED for her name because that’s way to disrespectful, you might be taking your lunch or you might just not want to be at work. BUT ONCE YOU CLOCKED IN it’s under you name the responsibility to be nice at least.

Great location!!! They staff made everything perfect , so helpful and friendly!

Hotel needed a little fixing up but the staff made up for anything I could see wrong with our room that needed a few cosmetic repairs. The staff in passing was always so warm and friendly !!!!! The room could definitely use a face-lift!!!

The location offered convenience to near by attractions and stores.

Breakfast could be improved with hard boiled eggs as an alternate instead of overcooked or watery tasting scrambled eggs.

Excellent value with large rooms, great location at the base of Lookout Mountain, comfy beds, hot water, and a staff that was very attentive! It is such a great choice in Chattanooga with plenty of parking.

Staff was friendly making some renovations so you can tell they care about their property and the pool was an amazing treat. Heated with the mountains in the background. We had a suite and the price was incredible

Nothing. Everything was great. I don't have a single complaint.
