The room was spacious. And clean. The bed was comfortable as well. The breakfast was ok. The young gentleman at the front desk was nice when I checked in.

Sometimes the coffee was empty and cold twice. When I called about my room before arriving. The lady seemed a little rude over the phone. When I was trying to get the understanding of the payment on my card.

The rooms were very spacious & the modern decor really had me feeling like I was in the Hamptons.

The indoor pool was closed, that was the whole point of our booking, but the staff kindly let us know that it was closed due to a burst pipe & needing maintenance work.

The value . Also the convenient location accessible to major highways.

The hotel is improving. The elevator is a little scary. It doesn't work properly sometimes, but otherwise ok. And the pool being under maintenance.

The hotel was very clean and the rate was suitable.

The breakfast was disgusting. Also, my key card needed to be reset every single day. On one occasion I was standing in the lobby for 10 minutes calling for someone to assist me with my keycard at the front desk.

The staff was great, from the front desk to housekeeping. They accommodated all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a nice and inexpensive place to stay.

It was quiet and comfortable

I had a room that refrigerator didn't work it was on but didn't get cold and the frame of the heater unit was broken

The room was very nice. I have stayed at comfort inns for business all over the us. This is the nicest room I have been in.

I arrived at night and there were no exterior lights at all. I would not have found the building with out GPS telling me I had arrived. Nice big lobby but, absolutely no furniture, just an empty room. None of this would deter me from staying again.

The pool was freezing, dryer, didn't service unless we asked, no breakfast available, and near anywhere to have breakfast.

The customer service was great. Lopez was so helpful with the check in process. He was so friendly.
