Comfortable, roomy and clean. Front desk let us check-in early and comped us an extra breakfast buffet at our arrival. There are sidewalks in the neighborhood and you can go for a walk.

Just a few spots in the room needed a touch up of paint. Note that the free shuttle to the airport does not go to the international terminal— it is quite distant from the main terminal and you will need to catch another free shuttle at the airport.

There are so many positive qualities about this hotel. Room 1401 is my favorite. Friendly team that are around from one year to the next and remember you. Excellent location in the cute town of Hapeville. Easy access to downtown. Great food on site. Even better bar. Close to lost of other fab restaurants. The list goes on!

They don't offer daily housekeeping🙃 For me, I chose a hotel over an Airbnb or VRBO because someone is going to spoil me a little by making my bed and cleaning the bathroom. I stayed for 8 nights and my room was cleaned 1x🙁 First world problems, I know; but it's details like this that make a difference.

Start to finish.... The older gentlemen outside to Alie checking me in, everything was great!! Room was very clean, my kids were comfortable!!! We will definitely be back!! Oh yeah, the restaurant was 8/10... tomatoes too thick(toppings could be smaller), crab soup was great and the 1/2 chicken like it was rushed... Mac&cheese 10/10!!! I think the young man name was Mio that made my drink...omgggg 10/10!!! I/ we will be back!! Thank you for a great stay! I almost forgot about I think Doug(I think in the lil market) he was great as well!!

To start the visit it was easy to catch the airport shuttle. I stayed during the crazy time with the worldwide system problem. The staff at this hotel were nothing but exceptional in how they handled everything. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant and they also have a coffee bar with snacks and sandwiches.

The parking should be included in the room rate. I did not enjoy paying the parking fee.

Food and drink quality was good. The gym was good. John Seiguld was great and made us all feel so welcomed.

Even when there wasn't many at the bar and restaurant, although nice, the staff was slow in greeting me and my staff on several occasions. The computers / printers never worked as they should and staff seemed really confused

Our first impression was from the doorman "Mr. Johnny". He welcomed us at the front of the hotel, gave us all instructions for parking and check in and took care of our luggage. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were roomy. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool as well.

The only issue I had is I notice some sort of green fungus in the shower, so that's something their cleaning team would need to work on and treat accordingly.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable but the rooms are okay. We had the queen double bed room. Location was good we had a city view. Restaurant was okay definitely stop at pit boss for bbq. And even through we was right next to the airport you don’t hear a sound.

We didn’t like that the outside pool was closed and the one they had inside was just filthy and smelled. The jacuzzi was cold. The gift shop had a candy snickers bar for $6 just for one candy bar. Omgee

The staff were courteous and attentive. The bed was comfortable. Ideally located near the airport - less than a 15 minute drive. They offer a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Breakfast buffet offered many choices.

Computers were not functioning properly, so check in too an unusually long time.
