Great location. great facilities and helpful staff

the stay was ruined by an outdoor party on the balcony of the 12th floor. I could not sleep due to the noise wasted 2 hours of back and forth until the issue was resolved by moving me to another room. despite explicitly asking for a quiet room on booking.com and on arrival at check in. Staff, nice as they are, clearly havent a clue about the layout of the place and were the activities take place. All I wanted was a quiet and early night and this unfortunately ruined the experience for me. The staff were nice about it and the next day offered to extend my stay till the flight and booked me free transport to the airport. nice as this was I would have preferred to get a quiet night time sleep without all the commotion.

Amazing location, connected to Dubai mall. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make us have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety. Rooms were spacious and clean. The room would be cleaned twice a day.

The elegance of the hotel, its furniture, and the advanced in-room technology, such as iPad-controlled services for TV, lighting, and other amenities, add to the experience. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location with direct access to Dubai Mall, and the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, make it truly unparalleled. In every sense, this hotel is exceptional and deserves to be your go-to destination whenever you visit Dubai. 👍

Only the spa was unavailable due to maintenance.

We stayed at the hotel during September. We really loved the breakfast, the service, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is excellent, I highly recommend it. In addition , there was a bird that fell outside the hotel and was still alive. asked one of the staff at the bakery for help, and he assisted by bringing it inside and taking care of her. The staff and the workers are really kind

‏Some of the elevators weren't working, and it was a bit of a project just to get to breakfast. ‏Additionally, we weren't informed that there was a fee for using the pool, so we were surprised at check-out when we were charged for all the days we used it. This should have been mentioned in advance.

Everything. This hotel and its stuff, is nothing short of phenomenal. From before we even checked in, the level of service was one of the best I’ve seen from any 5* hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the facilities were outstanding and it’s perfectly situated downtown so super easy to get around. We stayed with our 3 year old and baby and it was so easy. It also directly links to the mall so that was great. The people make this hotel - every member was extremely polite and helpful. I will certainly be back.

It was perfect but if there was one tiny thing it would that there might need to be a little bit more staff on weekend mornings at the breakfast needed

Location, location and location. It's conveniently connected to Dubai Mall. However, the property itself is amazing, very stylish, and with breathtaking views on Burj Khalifa. Rooms and nicely designed, thus it's comfortable to stay both alone and with kids. Nice and all necessary amenities. Good breakfast and exceptionally great food for the club lounge.

Nothing to say. But if necessary - you need to wait for the elevator for quite some time. Kids room is not the best - but to be honest while staying with my child, we used it only once, as there are plenty of play areas in the mall.

The location of the hotel is superb! There is just a 5-minute walk to enter China town on the first floor of the Dubai mall. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were so polite and tried their best to meet your expectations. The room was designed in modern fashion and had a balcony with Khalifa Tower. At night, there was also an exhilarating experience to see the fountain dancing with light from the balcony.

I think the number of staff during the breakfast was not enough to treat all the guests appropriately.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. It was our first time in Dubai and everything was amazing. All the staff were kind and respectful and we never lacked anything. The hotel is close to everything we needed and the direct link to Dubai Mall was perfection as we could grab dinner easily and if we needed extra things. Our room directly faced Burj Khalifa and we were amazed every time we went on the balcony or looked outside. Buffet breakfast was delicious and well cooked. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you all for making our time in Dubai memorable.

Staff of accounting is so non professional,, they tired me too much till i pay my staying by e-payment link ,, and they don’t know exactly how much i paid ,, each time someone say you paid this and not this ,, then someone else say no sir you paid total money so they should think about this point i think they need to change this staff responsible of accounting
