The staff was so nice! i forgot the lady at the reception's name. but she was very professional, very nice and courteous. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the accommodation. She was just great!!!!

In a suite that has a kitchen, they had nothing in the kitchen. No plates, no forks no knives no tissues nothing in there. But when i called they brought me plates and stuff. But the kitchen should have at least 2 plates, 2 knives and forks.. And also make sure appliances work before guests check in. Our microwave didnt work, nor did the water heater. But they did change it after.

The suite was perfect and very spacious. The facilities, restaurant, etc. were great.

It wasn’t very clean. Also they made us wait a long time at check out time even though we were in hurry to go to the airport. They made a mistake in payment and made us pay twice (once at check in and once at check out). Convincing them about the mistake and paying us back the money took a long time.

How friendly and helpful all the staff were. They spoke English and made us feel very welcome... the lifeguard at the pool made us feel very welcome every morning he greated me with a smile and always brought cushions for my lounge chair

The only thing that drove us mad was a dog out on the streets barking for hours every night... this was not the hotels fault

The pool was very nice, rooms and bathrooms very spacious. The staff was very friend and professional even with some of them not speaking English. Hotel has a very nice lounging area with bowling and billiard.

For modern standard this hotel would not have 5 stars. Most of the facilities are outdated and poorly maintained.

The Hotel is simply great amazing, the stuff are nice and understanding from the doorman to the director of reception who is very attentive to our confort and wellbeing. It was a great experience. Strongly recommended it.

We loved the big suite and the breakfast was exceptional.Well located.

There was no iron in the bedroom and the laundry service is pricy. Also lunch should be included for the price of the room.

The hotel staff was friendly, and they were open to customer needs. I would choose this hotel again for next trip.
