Friendly staff, convenient location with a subway station just outside the hotel and a great restaurant just next door.

We requested 2 single beds and were assigned a double bed room. However, the hotel receptionist was quick to assign us another room. The hotel was under restorations which means being woken up early by construction noises. also lots of noises coming from the restaurant next door.

Breakfast was very good. I wish they would cook the scrambled eggs longer.

We had to move rooms due to noise from a bar and also work men working outside the hotel. When we had been moved we were very happy with the hotel.

The staff at the desk were wonderful. They were always willing to help with directions and advice about finding restaurants, etc. The cleaning service was very efficient working around our schedules. They never interrupted us with any knocks on our door for the 5 days we stayed there. Last but not least, we requested a quiet room, so they placed us away from the street.

I'm traveling with 2 morning coffee drinkers who weren't crazy about the morning coffee situation, but I liked the accessibility of an ice machine downstairs in a little sitting area with tables for computer-users & folks eating take- out meals.

Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to metro station which is very convenient. Towels were changed daily.

It is quite noisy street with lots of bars. Breakfast is very basic. Very few fruits and those that were there were not fresh enough.

Staff were very professional, polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of continental and English cooked breakfast and special requests were efficiently provided by the friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly situated for accessing the Metro with the station entrance right outside the front door and for accces to other forms of transport. The hotel is on quite a noisy main road but the windows cut out the noise completely and the air conditioning in the room worked very well during the hot weather.

The size of the "standard" room was a little too small but the bathroom was a good size. At breakfast, the tea bags were very weak despite being brewed in the tea pot for a long time.
