The reception staff were really service oriented and were super friendly and never hesitating to answer any questions small or big. You can feel the mix of modern furnishings at the same time also seeing the aging tiles and fittings. It's been around since 2006 so it won't be fair to compare to Pavilion Hotel for the overall feel and ambience. And for those who really want accessibility this hotel really ticks it all. It's super near KL Sentral transport node which easily connects you to trains and mainly KLIA Express train and not forgetting the Nu Sentral mall which also serves as a one stop place for all good food and shopping options.

The aged parquet floor in our room had signs of wear and tear and had stains. But the overall cleanliness made us look past it for the room.

I liked the mannerism, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff during my entire visit. Size of the room was amazing, and definitely enjoyed all the full length mirrors in the closets, bed room, and living room. The swimming pool area was probably the best spot of the hotel. I travel often, and visit many brands of hotels/resorts. This location is on my short list of favorites!

It was hard to hear the doorbell, but it wasn't a bad thing. I wanted a quiet room, and got it! My room wasn't ready when I arrived, but I didn't have to wait long prior to receiving the keys to the room. I didn't drive so I can not speak on the parking. Had difficulty using wifi in the common areas (like the lobby), but besides that I really don't have complaints about my visit.

The breakfast spread is great; variety of local food with some Japanese cuisine. Even some rare local fruits like salak was available. The gym is the best gym I have been to for a hotel; all new equipment and never feels crowded cause it’s massive and have a high ceiling. Also went for a massage and facial; my therapist (Ellie) was really great at accommodating my needs and making sure that I had a good experience. Excellent service from staff; you just need to WhatsApp them what you need and five seconds later it will be delivered to your room.

The view from the room is rather lacklustre compared to other hotels at this price range. The swimming pool also lacks any instagrammable view. TV programming is also bad; the HBO HD channel was not HD at all. No Apple TV to airplay your own content as well.

Room - clean and comfy, but a bit confusing cause the door and mirror and the little "roundabout" in the room. Breakfast - a lot of choice.. food is good Location - great location as we travel via train. so it reach kl sentral and just walking distance you can reach hotel In room dining - food was superb and even we ordered our food in mid night (I'm would like to apologize to F&B especially chef to prepare the food for our mid night food crave)

Check in and check out at the counter abit confusing. the line for check in and check out sometime just mix up.. if you walk from right to left, you will see check out sign, and if you walk from left to right you will see check in sign. but sometime, front desk will just assist anyone that need help whether or not you are checking in or checking out.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sangeeta at check-in even organised a birthday cake for me for my birthday! We requested both rooms to be at the same level and she gave us side by side rooms, which was really helpful. The concierge (sorry I forgot his name), was also very helpful with information and booking our transport. The rooms are cleaned really well each day. Great selection at buffet breakfast .. my favourite was the Indian corner. The location is unbeatable.. just across from KL Sentral and easy to catch Grab taxi everywhere from the hotel. Could not fault this hotel. Will definitely book Hilton KL again if we are to return there.

The hotel is situated near the central station and an adjacent mall, making it very convenient. It exudes the atmosphere of a high-end hotel, and the overall ambiance is very pleasant. The staff were courteous, attentive, and professional, and the services were easily accessible. It was an overall very pleasant stay. The swimming pool area is a great place for younger guests and families to have fun. This was one of the best experiences we had in Malaysia. The hotel is family-friendly and offers a great experience for everyone.

Noting, to be honest.

Excellent location in the heart of KL, connected to the main KL Sentral station. The check-in process went very smoothly; though my flight arrived early, I was able to safely leave my luggage with the concierge and carry on with my day, with reception sending me frequent updates via text to notify me of my room readiness. Reception staff were also very diligent with checking in about my stay; though I had an issue with the toilet flushing, reception was able to send someone to resolve this very quickly, which was much appreciated. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with many amenities.

I’ve always loved staying at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Every time I visit Kuala Lumpur, this is my go-to hotel, as the location is incredibly convenient. The staff are always very courteous and welcoming—from the moment I step out of the car, I’m greeted with friendly smiles. The room facilities are excellent and exactly to my liking. I would like to especially commend one of your staff members. I checked in on the 2nd and checked out on the 4th, staying in room 1502. The bellboy who assisted with my luggage was exceptionally polite. Every time I encountered him during my stay, he was always shy yet gracious—a truly kind person. Hilton will always be my choice whenever I’m in Kuala Lumpur. See you next time!

The only downside was that everything had to be paid by credit card 😂. Even the deposit required a credit card, which was a bit of a headache for someone like me—still a university student and not one to carry much cash. By the time I checked out, I was left with a bunch of cash and no idea how to spend it.

On arrival at the airport we found that our suitcases had missed our flight We booked in to your hotel and the chief concierge Ronald advised that he would track down our suitcases and have them picked up by the hotel staff Ronald personally delivered our suitcases to our room the next day I would like to thank him for assisting us in a very professional manner
