The staff were excellent. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. The food from each restaurant and room service was great. They accommodated for the people that were with us that are vegetarian and vegan. Our adult children enjoyed the daily activities and the evening entertainment. The beach is just steps away and there are cabanas with food and drink service from the resort.

The pillows were too soft. The pools were a bit too warm.

Althought expansive, it was really worth it. The courtyard was amazing, you really felt that you were in a tropical paradise, with all the trees, landscape and small streams filled with fish. Loved to see the iguana and the peacocks. The service was amazing, the waiters very friendly and treated me like a queen. The food was excellent and I loved eating right in front of the beach.

The only negative thing I can say is that the entertainment was too late, started at 21h30 ! Which was 23h30 at my time. I was never able to tough until that time, I had to go to bed before that. So I did not get to see any shows, except the Sunday show and the entertainment for Mexican nights at one of the restaurants.

The staff was helpful and nice. The lush, green grounds were calming. The stream curving through the property with the fish is clean and quiet. The restaurants have different focus each night so there is great variety. Water aerobics classes daily were vigorous. Close to airport. I would return to this property.

Vacation Club reps were rude and had no signage but made my 75 year old husband move away from their area but he was hot and they had a fan.

Very convenient location close to the airport which means your vacation starts as soon as you land. Well kept and spacious All-Inclusive. Our 1-bedroom suite was perfect and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach cabanas most, and the pool. The fitness center was very good - clean and uncrowded, although disappointing that it doesn't open til 7am for early risers. Food was good, breakfast the best. Somewhat surprised that there were not better seafood options given our location.

Wished there had been a hot tub somewhere to soak in. Limited hours of the fitness center. Nowhere to get a cup of coffee early in the morning prior to restaurants opening. Mixed drinks were average (all-inclusive).

The breakfast and food was fantastic. The garden is beautiful. Room cleaning was very good. Service in the restaurants was top notch.

The service around the pool was poor. Some were not friendly. Long wait for elevator, one was broke down for most of our stay.

the variety of food options were amazing. our party had to try one of everything. it helped that it was all inclusive. loved how welcoming and helpful the staff was to us.

we didn’t try the restaurant that needed reservations as the food options were same as home.

Very clean,food excellent, service excellent, staffs very friendly our bed comfortable as well pillows they clean our room everyday.

Our server Juan at the buffet by the beach went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Staff was friendly.

Pool was not vibing. More music and they close bar way too early.

The food wasn’t very good considering the price for all inclusive. there wasn’t much variety either. we stayed at villas del palmar one year and we were expecting that level of food but were disappointed with Velas Vallarta.

Breakfast was ok, options were limited. Lunch and dinner was good.
