Nice and quiet hotel at a convenient location (there was also free underground parking which was great and always with enough free spaces). The room was clean, the beds were comfy. Breakfast selection was okay, but for this size of the hotel it should be a bit wider, I guess. The gym was superb, though - with everything necessary from dumbbells to cables and machines.

One of the small but significant things in a hotel room is the kettle which would really be appreciated if it were there. There was a coffee maker with capsules, though, but you would need to pay for each cup of coffee which seems totally unacceptable for a hotel room. What is more, we had a really wierd maid who was tidying up our room. When we returned from our day trip back to the hotel, we noticed that our wardrobe door had been broken (it was not possible to even slide it anymore) and our clothes were tossed around.

I love the breakfast very complete and you can find the Continental and the American breakfast.

I didn´t like that I paid taxi to go to the hotel because I rented a car with Booking and the car and the person with the car were not for me after the flight arrival. I spent time, phone calls that no one answered me and money. I would like a full refund of the two rent a car reservation. I explained by email many times what happened. It would be great for Booking and Tangerine to reimburse me.

Very comfortable, modern hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet provided many food options using a delightful wait staff (some were young adult waiters-in-training)! The staff was extremely helpful, efficient, and accommodating in terms of pick up and drop off at the Lisbon train station, and helping us to plan our days. We used this hotel as our base for exploring Lisbon and Evore. Rooms were pretty standard high end hotel rooms--comfortable and clean.

Quiet, discreet staff, I received answers to requests very quickly. During the stay it was my birthday. In the evening, upon returning to the room, an extraordinary surprise! The air conditioning is on, on the table there is a card, a champagne in an ice shaker, two glasses, two plates, cutlery in festively arranged white napkins and CAKE! Very good, produced in my own kitchen!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice. Bathroom was large and well stocked. Room was quiet and AC worked great. It was very clean and the morning breakfast was awesome.

I don’t like to complain, however the bed was starting to sag and not quite as comfortable as it could have been. We are so used to having ice available on each floor, but when we asked the staff downstairs they were very good to give us some ice. The only other thing, and it’s not big, but my husband and I both have IPads and IPhones and the wifi only allows 3 devices. None of these would prevent us from coming back. It’s a beautiful hotel for sure.

This hotel is clean, luxurious, and the staff is outstanding! We were visiting Portugal and wanted to spend a day or so in Lisbon. The front desk staff was incredible—helping us figure out where to park (we drove and really appreciated the free garage parking) both in the downtown area and in Sintra, and what to spend our valuable time to see and experience. The front desk was professional, very warm and welcoming, and that made our stay so much nicer. The breakfast was first rate—a real bonus on top of beautiful accommodations.

Not a thing—while it is a little bit out of the way from the old downtown touristy areas, it was nice to get away from the crowds and have a wonderful, non rushed breakfast, with incredible staff. Apparently, we were not alone in our decision to stay here—there were quite a few families and couples who were in Lisbon to see the sights and were doing the exact same thing.

A very good hotel, free hotel underground parking, breakfast was very good and a good choice of meals for dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is new, clean, good-looking. A good choice if you travel by car as the hotel is far from the main city (it stays in a business center area). It seems to me that the hotel has a shuttle bus service (I have seen the hotel shuttle bus parked near the hotel).

The hotel is new and has modern features. The mobility in and off the rooms is fast thanks to the 3 installed lifts.

Food and drink prices are slightly higher than the average prices. The tables at the bar are higher than the chairs making it a little bit uncomfortable. Tea and coffee are not available in the rooms.

I loved how central it was to Lisbon and other nearby quiet towns and the easy access to carvelos beach etc.

I think it’s mandatory to just change the sheets everyday but I hear portugal is trying to conserve water. However, while that may be a good thing, it’s quite impossible for a hospitality space.

The room was very comfortable. There is free closed parking. The breakfast is very very good. It is a hotel like five stars hotels. If you want to visit other cities not only Lisbon, it is the right place.

It's a problem if you have not a car. Or if you are not in a group. But if you want to visit other areas in Portugal it is an ideal place.
