ALL PERSONAL WAS GOOD ESPECIALY FOR THE CONFERENCE MEMEBERS AND SERVICE ON THE ENTRACE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND PERFECT - ALL ROOMS ARE WARM

NO ONE EXPLAINS THE ROOM FUNCTIONALITY THE AC WAS DIFFICULT TO MANAGE AND NO ONE COULD HELP AT MIDNIGHT. RATHER POOR CLEANING OF THE ROOMS AND IN THE TOILETTES ON THE CONFERENCE FLOOR. SERVICE LADIES IN THE RESTAURANTS WERE NOT ASKING BEFORE TAKING AWAY THE PLATES AND NOT QUICK TO HELP / COFFEE TO TAKE AWAY WAS DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE!

Nicely sized rooms with coffee. Comfy beds and high quality bedding. Dark curtains make the sleep extra comfortable. Breakfast has nice choices. Omelettes are a great alternative to the under-cooked scrambled eggs.

Breakfast area gets busy and seating as well as food running out at peak times, as well as the feeling of mass tourism as it is a destination for bus groups. The toiletries in the shower have not been not refilled. Free transportation card is not automatically issued and sent out before check in. No response via booking messaging.

The location of the property is good.. The front desk staff was very friendly and really guided us well on the special offers for the tourist like the free travel card; places to visit and how to commute. Unlike other places, they were willing to help and give suggestions. Housekeeping was responsive and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Even after paying so much, they can't give 2 bottles of water? There was no staff to help us bring down the luggage.. this is least expected from such a level of hotel. These are not cheap hotels by any standard.

The room was very large, compared to many other rooms I’ve stayed in with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable. There was a good restaurant in the lobby.

The carpets in the hallway and the floor trims were very old and damaged. The carpets in the elevator were extremely stained. This doesn’t give off a good impression. There was dog hair on the chair of my room, which was a turnoff. I told them about it and they offered to come clean it or change rooms. There was a dog show in town, so perhaps they had way more dogs in rooms than normal.

the location is good, easily connected by public transportation (bus, tram). the staffs at the reception are helpful. the function room is big and having comfy chairs. the free shuttle service to and from the airport really helps :)

I think the carpet in the hallway to the rooms need to be refurbished.

We are very glad that we stayed in this hotel, even just for one night. We were on the way to Chamonix to ski, therefore we decided to stay one night at Geneva before travelling to Chamonix. I want to especially thank the staff of this hotel. During our stay, my husband got a terrible toothache and was unable to sleep the entire night. The staff was very helpful and offered a lot of help to us. Calling many hospitals in the middle of the night for us and kept calling many dentists in the morning until they found a dentist appointment for my husband. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful comfortable hotel, close to the airport. We had a flight cancellation and needed a room at short notice and this provided the convenience and comfort we were looking for

Don't book through booking.com if it's last minute! Because it was booked out of hours (though it showed as available), the booking wasn't in the hotel system, so we were left trying to explain to the night porter at 2am, before we eventually booked a new room and resolved it with the (very capable and understanding) hotel management next morning

The front desk employees were very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was a big feature. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were very nice, roomy and clean.

I prefer softer mattresses, these were to the firm side but still acceptable, and better than some other hotels.

I was impressed with the location and free bus to the airport.

There was NO concierge when I arrived as he was busy. the french/ swiss young girl with dark hair/ glasses on the front desk was VERY rude to me and didn't want to help- she did everyting to make things difficult for me. SHAHIN however was absolutely amazing - he is a trainee and by far the BEST employee I met and who really treated me as a customer! Well done Shahin. you will go far.

Fantastic convenient location by the airport, with easy shuttle service. Very nice lobby and restaurant options. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom and shower were a bit small even just for me. Fine for one night, but for a longer trip more space would be nice!
