Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is good, close to the metro.

Rooms are not sound proof, we were able to hear all the noise from the street and the other guests, very difficult to have a full night sleep, they should put ear plugs for the customers. The staff was nice to accommodate an extra bed for our son, we had requested it when we booked but the request was read as we arrived. The manager was short and rude, even when approached just to say merry Xmas and thanks for the extra bed „no puedo ayudarte ahora“, maybe he was caught in a bad moment. Reception is always noisy and busy, difficult to find a spot to relax.

The hotel is really nice and offers many amenities. The room had a good size, and it was very clean. The bar and pool on the 7th floor are really nice. The hotel is well located, not that close to Gran Via, but easy to move from there to everywhere.

The only thing that I did not like is that the assigned smoking area is the terrace just outside the entrance of the hotel. So, every time you go in or out the hotel, you are getting smoked. Not nice at all.

Staff very helpful (they helped us finding out about some of our travel documents, from the distance - via mobile conversation -). That helped us avoid big 'headaches'... Besides that, location is excellent and even within walking distance reach to the main Madrid Central hotspots.

Windows could have a better sound proof standard. Eve though we were in the back alley, some noise from the street was getting in the room.

Very standard business hotel. Practical and clean and very big common spaces. Huge buffet with lots of people but was always filled. And tasty. Meets all possible sweet and savoury options, vegan, etc…

Too bad pool is really small and has limited hours in the summer (closed at 7pm). We wanted a place to cool off and you can basically stand while small kids play. Nice for little kids, but limiting to share as of age 8-10.

One of the biggest Novotel in Europe. Very clean hotel with a nice smell in the lobby. Yuri was extremely helpful and friendly with us and the kids. One inconvenience i wasn’t aware of is that i couldn’t add my ALL accor points because I booked through Booking. If this will always be the case I wouldn’t book through bookingcom anymore. Room is just not very spacious but enough. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a beautiful terrace. The lifeguard not the most friendly but that’s fine. Food is very good and the breakfast is very generous and varied.

I felt it was a bit far from the centre where we had to walk 20 min or take the bus/taxi. Rooms for a family of four may be a little squeezed. Could train the lifeguard how to communicate with kids.

Its a super comfortable place to be with kids as they have great breakfast service and amazing food options on site. The room was comfortable, had great little amenities like the bathroab, good toiletries and reslly comfortable beds. The location is really great to walk to places like El Retiro, Puerta de Alcala and the beautiful barrio of Salamanca. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and was super helpful in recovering an item left behind by the pool.

The staff is really nice, they went out of their way to make our stay special. All staff were very kind to us and our child throughout our stay, but the highlight was a special birthday surprise waiting for me in our room even though no one had asked them to do that. It was their own initative, and it was a complete surprise that really made my day. This really stands out given it part of a large chain of hotels. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. Breakfast was great, lots and lots of options and the staff stays on top of keeping everything full and clean. Whoever is running this hotel is doing a good job, the staff is attentive and responsible. We had a great stay.

The Wifi signal is a little weak at times.

Walking in from the street, the air was so clean and fresh, with lovely moss art covering the two sides of the entry. The feeling is calm, refreshing, and the atmosphere relaxing, yet the staff is completely prepared to take care of the clientele. Very comfortable room and beds. We had three people, they set up a third bed for us. Room.service was delicious, fast, and reasonably priced. The pool and gym were just right for a quick stay. Within two minutes' walk are shops, restaurants, a church, and a bus stop going directly to the airport; everything you might need.

Elevators are very small and slow. 3 people with luggage was about all it could hold.

The staff was really friendly. They provided very useful information regarding the city and options available for commuting. The hotel was nice and clean.

The beds were not comfortable. Since it is very near to the hospital and the main road the nights were sometimes noisy. Parking costs per day is around 25€. Should have provided some discount for people parking for many days.

Exceptional service. Very welcoming and helpful staff at check in/out, breakfast and throughout the hotel. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony area. We loved the bar and sun lounge area, with the fans blowing water mist it was the perfect hide out from the Sun! The location is a little distant from some of the more tourism based things during the day, but very close to 2 metro stops and easy to get around. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!
