#1)The staff was wonderful if they were very sweet and super helpful. Whatever I needed. They were attentive to anything I asked . If they could do it, hey did it! #2) The Linens were phenomenal ..thick and luxurious, very clean and ironed. #3) It was a wonderful experience having the laundry available 24/7 where you could wash your clothes dry them and use the laundry detergent for free - very helpful. (I didn't need to bring as many clothes as I did because I kept them washed up all the time.) #4) The view from the top of the hotel is spectacular having the glass railing is delightful. I didn't use the pool because we were right by the ocean. #5) Hotel was sparkling clean. #6) SAFE! - You feel completely safe to walk outside in the night here- I took advantage of that ..night strolls are lovely on the beach. #7) Nice restaurants are within walking distance and little homey Cabanas with International Food selections are nearby. #8) American village is a good destination for walking. We would go there in the morning for coffee in the evening for dinner. It was enjoyable to walk by the sea on the way to American village. #9) I took advantage of the free bikes available at the hotel several times. It was nice to go out in the morning by the seaside one mile one way and one mile the other way. It's easy to drive in the area on a bicycle because it's very pedestrian and bicycle friendly in Okinawa. #10)....I met wonderful guests, this is a very happy place. #11) I could go on...but I won't:)

The free shavers! Don't use these shavers. ( take one and send it to your worst enemy;) On the other hand, they're tiny toothbrushes are the best I've ever used. I really like using these toothbrushes!!!

The View was great! Location was very close to several places to get coffee, have a drink or get a bite to eat. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The room has a lovely balcony that is inviting and relaxing.

I can find fault with everything in the world but not here. I have a difficult time recommending much that I experience but this was the exception. I will stay here again. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and staff. This was the best stay I had in 30 years. I can easily and wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. How ever many stars they are rated is not enough. They outperformed many five-star establishments. Thank you very much. Last, but not least, the staff all deserve bonuses and merit pay increases.

Free laundry meant my spouse sent me to do laundry more often. :-) Free bicycles meant I did not have any excuse for not exercising, according to my spouse. :-) We did have to walk most places -- like the beautiful beachfront that was minutes away. OMG! :-) We took so many pictures we kept running out of film (for our cellphones) -- snicker. :-)

English speaking staff who were friendly Clean rooms, free laundry room to use. Ample parking space. Great gesture by the hotel to provide free crossiant and coffee as simple breakfast.

We found small ants inside the room. Not sure if due to earlier occupants.

It was a fantastic stay. All the staff were so kind and helpful (even when they didn't speak much english they would use a translate to help us). The room view was amazing. We stayed on the 8th floor and when we went into the room we saw the beach already. The bed is turned to the beach, so you can lay down in the bed and watch the sea. Amazing. They even offered a complementary light breakfast for free with a few pastries and a drink that we didn't expected and it was so nice. The room is big, super clean, shower is very good and strong, great after a long day at the beach. I wish we had stayed more here. They also offered beach towels for free, super handy. Bikes too, but we didn't use them. You can also use their lundry room for free and they have everything there. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the American Village.

Good location, super close to restaurants and Araha Beach. The rooftop pool was really enjoyable. The sunset from there was beautiful. The lobby smelled nice and was pretty. Staff were all very kind and helpful. The pineapple danish in the morning was delicious. Even though the parking filled out fast, there was a second lot that we were guided to.

Some ants came into our room from the bathroom area, which wasn't near a window or door. No one picked up the trash, even though we were told to leave it outside the room. The bed was a bit small for one adult and two kids, but this is my fault. I would pick a bigger bed next time. Overall, we would stay here again. It's a great location and you can't beat the rooftop pool for the price.

Really loved the hotel room, facilities, staff and location. Away from the American village with a 15 minute walk along the water or through the baseball stadiums/sporting facilities. Instead very close to Araha beach and a little tucked strip of bars, restaurants and acai bowl place amongst tropical plants. Very lovely little nook. Delicious Jamaican food restaurant along thar strip with great vibe. Araha beach definitely nicer than sunset beach in My opinion but still not that toequise water white sand beach one would look for. Also closes at 6pm. First time I've experienced a beach literally close after a certain time. The hotel provided light brekky crossaint and a coffee, free laundry and to my surprise it had a rooftop pool with a beautiful coastal view. The service and staff were exceptional. Beach towels and wet bag were also provided.

Room was nice size and balcony gave a great view towards American Village. Staff were very helpful and the bikes were also super handy to get around. Rooftop pool was awesome and the american that was maintaining and servicing the pool was very friendly and quick to get us another drink. Tattoos were fine also in the pool area.

Pool could have stayed open for longer. Bikes also could have been kept out for longer or even if they had motorised scooters for getting into Naha it would have been perfect so as to avoid the traffic. No major issues with this place though. Is a great hotel.

the property was located close to both Araha and American Beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. free baked goods for breakfast are offered daily (8-10am). the have free bike rentals (8am-10pm), the rooftop pool has stunning views. the best part is the BEDS. they were the most comfortable beds I have slept on in Japan.

as of May 2023, the property is still operating under “covid” procedures, so house keeping was only done weekly for long term stays. The bathroom (specifically the shower) did slightly smell of mold, but there wasn’t any mold to see and the room itself was very clean/ looked new or updated. It was just the smell of stagnant water or mold that made it unbearable at times.

The room was immaculate! The amenities, Wi-Fi, and streaming services offered via the television were perfect. There's also a major convenance/drug store located near, so shopping for snacks and drinks would never be a problem.

Fairly expensive, but I can understand why. It's a new facility, with new up-to-date amenities (although difficult to figure out, due to everything being in Japanese language), and located in a really quiet, nice area. I was disappointed with the breakfast though. With such high prices, you would expect a much larger selection of food.
