It’s clean. It’s clean. It’s super clean. Everything is so clean everything looks like they are right out of the box. In fact the 10 is for cleanliness, I have stayed in top notch hotels and I can still spot bits here and there that has a stain or a bit of dust, not here. The effort to clean such a large room and large shower area SPOTLESS is incredible, I even had a good look around the room to see if I see anything caught in cracks or edges, stains or dirt on fabric etc, nothing, super impressive and the level of cleanness should be highlighted. They have a lovely bath and shower room - very Japanese type kind of bath and shower room set up. If you have your own bath gel and salt do bring along ( easy enough to buy nearby ) Size of the room is decent, I would consider this to be a big room given it is Japan we looking at It is a subtle, no fuss down to earth hotel. I have an impression this is an old hotel but it doesn’t look run down, very well maintained.

Because it is a no fuss down to earth hotel, they don’t provide breakfast. The lighting can be improved but they do offer desk lights to for free rental to make that up.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay here at this hotel. We stayed in a rom with 2 nice sized beds, but moved them together to form one big bed because we have a baby with us and he likes to sleep in the bed with us. There are cribs for rental if you would like one. Despite the small amount of first come, first serve parking, it still wasn’t so bad. We stopped by the front desk and went inside quickly to ask for other parking and were provided a map. It isn’t a far walk and is located by the Aeon mall. The amenities in the bathroom were shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body wash towels, toothbrushes, hair brushes, a blow dryer, and cups. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, mini fridge with a very small freezer section, a heating plate in place if the stove, and a decent sized sink where they provide dish soap and a washing sponge (was replaced when they cleaned our room in the middle of the week). There is also a hot water pot by the mirror on the desk. Anything you forget or need can be purchased at the Aeon mall that has a HUGE grocery section. There are washers and dryers on the 5th, 7th and 9th floor (¥100-¥200 yen for the stackable washer dryer and the other one is more expensive and doesn’t work as good, I don’t suggest it for drying). There is a small laundry basket in the room to help you bring your laundry out and free laundry detergent in the rooms, no fabric softener. They have one key for the room that you put into a wall slot for the power, but the A/C stays running in the room which is very nice, especially during the summer. They have a dehumidifier in the room that needs to be emptied maybe 1-2 times a day. The view is beautiful and the beach is very close, just one building away and very walkable. There are two restaurants right downstairs to eat at and it is right next to American Village so it was a great place to stay for the price. The staff is very nice and helpful, I would definitely stay here again!

The location and was great for all the food options. The cleanliness of the area was kept at a high standard. The area was friendly to foreigners traveling.

The 2 in 1 washer/dryer hybrid didn't dry clothes effectively, I don't know if it drained the water poorly, but upon opening the "dried" clothes after the 2 hour mark, they were very wet still and water could be heard in the drum still. The parking options aren't great either for the amount of personnel that can fit at the hotel. Be advised, the parking lots close for certain hours, and if you have an early morning like I did, you might be locked in the external parking lot with no way to get out.

Great location. Room had a balcony overlooking the ocean we didn’t even know we were going to have ! Plenty of space.

There are 2 best things about this hotel… the first one is the position, close to the beach and the American Village, also close to the bus connection, only 8 minutes to walk from the bus stop that brought me there from Naha airport. Last but not least is the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, in my specific case, I forgot in my room a couple of items and when I realized I was already in Naha in a different accommodation. After I contacted them they were very kind and they helped me bring to my actual accommodation the Items that I left there. Who does something like that? Only amazing people… thank you so much again for that. The Room was very clean and spacious and the view was amazing… I definitely will comeback again.

The hotel is in an amazing part of town, American Village. Lots to do for families and couples. The rooms were really spacious and there was a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. There also is a bathtub and shower combo.

The parking area is not huge, so you may have to use overflow parking. The overflow parking does close until 8 or 9 am, so be sure to check before parking. Also, the toilet is seperate from the shower. With the door closed, it can be a challenge to handle business lol!

The view was perfection! The hotel is perfectly situated and the American Village is an easy walk. I love the fact that the hotel is so close to a beach front park too. Not much parking onsite, but plenty of easily accessible free parking, so this wasn't an issue at all. Love it, would 1000 percent return.

Location is amazing. 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to American village. Room is big you can cook there, but it will be better if there will be comfortable table and chairs either on balcony or inside the room. I liked that I could take a lot of things on reception - like dryer for towels, set of plastic dishes, etc. Hotel’s personnel was kind and supportive.

I was surprised that no cleaning was assumed during long stay. You can change towels at the reception it’s not a problem, but you should throw away garbage by yourself (okay). But what’s about vacuum cleaning? I stayed for one week, and without vacuum cleaner or mop to clean floor it becomes full of sand (as I went to the beach). I even could do it by myself (however, with such prices, I think it should be provided at least each 2 days if not everyday). That’s why my assessment of the stay is not so high. I think it’s a huge minus

Its the best location in american village, 3mins away from sunset beach, 5mins away from lawson and hot spring, all restauants are nearby, 5mins away from aeon shopping mall. Its easy to go north nago, south naha. The best of the best is the balcony, u can enjoy sunset with seaview through the balcony!!!!

Its perfect hotel already!!!

Located at the entrance of the American Village. Taxi to Naha or Onna are around 4500 yen. The room is very spacious for the price.

The room may be quite noisy due to racing street car and bars, if the windows are opened.
