Excellent location, airport bus stops 2mins walk from hotel. Convenient store is right across the street. Hotel room is spacious enough with proper bathroom.

The location is convenient to find good food, not too crowd but not too remote. Convenient store is just across the street. There's also supermarket and inside the building walking street with food. We can walk around with minimum wet from the rain. The room is also huge with proper bathroom that have separate wet and dry area, literally, with the sealed door. Also, the bathtub with the free bathbomb is just great. The natural light in the room during the day also great.

We got the corning room with minor noticeable voice from the crossing.. We only hear it at late night while sleeping though.

I used this hotel as a base to go to Disneyland. It is a bit further away (approx. 40-50 minutes) but it was easily accessible by monorail and by subway (Chuo Line). On the positive side, it is the opposite side from Tokyo Station so when all the crowds go in the other direction when the park closes, you have a quiet and calm subway line back to the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious with a decent-sized bathroom. Kobini is just a minute away. Breakfast is served in the local restaurant. If you want to visit Tokyo, you must allow yourself +30 minutes. Great value for money.

Booked room with breakfast. Great idea that they allowed you to use the breakfast coupon for lunch or dinner as a form of voucher to offset the cost if you miss or decided not to have breakfast. Location. if you alight at Chiba Station (note there is another Daiwa Roynet Chiba Station. Not Chiba Chuo), you take still take a walk of 10 minutes thru the C.One malls. The mall has great shopping, including massage if you need one. Not to mention there is a SOGO besides the station too. At the 10th floor or SOGO, there is a great soup dumplings place. Besides around the hotel you are many food options. It is also nearby to the monorail and other lines. Just to note though there is touting for club behind the hotel. Reception areas is huge and room size is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. It also thoughtfully provides many supplementary items like hand cream, facial cleanser in small disposable pack. Hotel staff is also helpful and friendly. House keeping is throughout. 5 and 12 floor also provides vending machines and microwave open.

There may be slight noise coming from the traffic light buzzer. If you sensitive to noise, may be an issue if you facing the cross junction..

The front desk staff was amazing. They always went out of their way to ensure I was looked after. I loved the bathrooms. I stayed at this hotel 3 different times during this trip and the bathrooms in each room was large and bright with a shower and a bathtub and a large counter top.

After 6 days the breakfast got a little boring so I tried other breakfast places near by and that worked better for me.

DIDNt receive any more water during my stay as I ask to not clean. I know it’s a smoker hotel but come on guys ! use some désodorisant when clean room ! open the windows . was Awefull even if I sleep during 3 days windows open (night and day). my friend was at 14th floor and his room wasn’t smoking smell and nice bed. I stay at 8th floor was smoking smell and hard bed. AC not working , hopefully a small ac is hidden down of the office .

I loved the location, the staff was incredibly helpful despite my limited Japanese. There are also staff members who speak English. The vending machine accessibility, the laundry units on different floor were great as well. Room service does a mandatory cleaning every 3 days so it was always clean for me.

I honestly can’t think of a single thing I disliked.

The building is beautiful, looks very nice, I made a friend while in the lobby waiting for check-in since I arrived a little bit early, and we went to have food around, then we went out drinking until midnight.

I don't think there was anything in particular that I did not like about the hotel, coming from Mexico... It's hard to match the mindfulness of the Japanese culture, perhaps the room isn't enormous, but it was perfect.
