Location is great - within a couple minutes walk from the Chiba Station, close to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The room is spacious for the Japanese standards. The bed was comfy. The room is equipped with a small fridge. Many amenities (razor, coffee, tea, face cleansing gel etc.) available for free from the front desk. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They let me store my bags for a few hours after check out. A few tips: if you request no cleaning of your room for a given day, it will be appreciated, and you will receive a complimentary eye mask as a thank-you gesture. One more thing: if breakfast is included in your reservation, you get breakfast vouchers for each individual day; the breakfast gets served in the restaurant on the first floor. If it happens that you didn't eat your breakfast, unused vouchers can be used in the same restaurant on the same day.

There is no safe locker in the room. Also no iron. The hotel has a few irons, which can be borrowed together with the ironing board from the front desk and returned shortly after use. Having my own iron in the room would have been great. The breakfast is okay if you have a short stay, but for longer periods it becomes boring, because the menu does not vary much from day to day.

Have stayed here a few times now & it's a great location. Firstly we had a car & you drive around the back & park in a stacker which is great good price 1500 yen I think. Only fits low roof cars. The staff at this hotel are always professional & super polite. The room was spotless as always. They have added all these extra shower doors which is a great idea keeps bathroom nicely enclosed. First rate amenities great space great colour tones & the room was very quiet making it easy to sleep. Plenty of space to store everything. The Hotel is very close to the train station & the front commercial/retail back of hotel has some naughty areas so you have both worlds at your feet so to speak.

Hotel location is super near the station (within 5 mins walking distance) and hotel signage was clear too. Lobby is at an upper floor and it has a self check in system on top of a concierge. Staff were very friendly and can speak multiple languages. They purposely places room amenities at the lobby area for guest to take. WiFi is superfast. They do have free laundry room usage and microwave at specific rooms.

Nothing. Hotel is just great! Only regret is we checked in late (flight problems) and checked out super early.

Comfortable room at affordable price 6. Power outlet is strategically located at the working desk and also at the bed 7. There's an armchair and a small table in the room, perfect for having your meal.

1. Lighting in the room is a little dark, therefore not suitable if you need to do some work on your laptop

Although the room is a little small but taking the convenient traffic and fancy equipments in the room into consideration, the price is quite fair. Almost all instructions are written in four languages.

If they can provide an alternative choice of pillow like a harder one for someone with neck problem like me in the room, the experience will be wonderful.

the location is good it’s not difficult to find and the staff is nice even though we got there 12midnight and the breakfast is good but i would recommend if you could have more food for children not only cereals..

the hotel and staff is nice but it’s much better if you could tell us about your free items in front of the counter like coffee,shaving gel,facial oil facial lotion or maybe just put it in the hotel room

After the Covid nightmare am finally back in Japan!, stayed in this hotel in 2019 & is exactly as we left it! We stayed in this hotel again because of the location to Narita Airport & had decided to drive down to Tateyama & across the bridge/tunnel to Kawasaki. Back to the hotel... parking was easy at the back, staff were as always professional & courteous, the room was very nice... actually spotlessly clean, they have everything you need & the size was spacious with a great set out walk in suitcase area leaving room to rearrange your bags after a long flight. The area has two sides the seedy area down the back if you want to be naughty & the business front side with train station/supermarket & shopping all in easy reach. The check outs now all seem to be 11am which is really generous, we had time to visit Starbucks near by & siort out the day ahead before collecting the car.

All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location near a station exit was a bonus, but we were unaware there are two Daiwa Roynet hotels each one close to a train station exit.within a 10 minutes walk of each other. Unfortunately we exited at the wrong hotel and had some difficulty finding the right one.

Very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the station. Excellent breakfast, though there was no pizza! (Breakfast is served in a famous chain pizza restaurant on the ground floor of the building). Everything was really nice in the room, it was sparkling clean and comfortable.

A pointless quibble in Japan, but the room was a little small.

Great location near the station. Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Also, there was a massage chair in the room that was just a cherry on top. Breakfast was great too!

I guess the only thing I would add is a little more signage on the first floor especially for those who accidentally enter through the rear entrance for where to check in because I was immediately confused. Once we figured it out it was fine!
