For Japanese standards, the room was quite spacious—more than I had anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised, although it’s worth noting that there isn't a closet or much space for storing clothes. It's perfect for a short stay of a couple of nights, especially if you're just planning to explore Hiroshima for a short stay. The location is great, with many key attractions within walking distance, and bus and tram stops nearby for convenient transportation. The hotel is also close to one of the exits of Hiroshima Station, making it easy to return with luggage, catch the Shinkansen, or take a bus to the airport without much hassle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though it’s a good idea to have a translation app handy for certain inquiries to ensure smooth communication. The view from the 14th floor was ok. If you're feeling hungry, there's a convenient restaurant on the ground floor that serves a variety of classic Japanese dishes.

Location is great, easy walk to the peace memorial park or to Hiroshima Station. Room and bathroom were larger than I had expected. I also arrived very early and the staff let me leave my luggage until I returned later in the day and could check in.

Whenever I returned to the room and placed the room key in the holder for the lights to turn on, the TV would always turn on though I always had it turned off. Also the refrigerator and AC would not seem to run while I was out of the room.

It's in a good location, about 7 mins from Hiroshima station and only a minute or two to the nearest street car platform. It was very clean and up-to-date and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast while not the best out there was very cheap, and definitely worth the cost.

The single rooms are very small and have little in the way of storage space, kind of the absolute bare minimum you need for one person. They're perfectly fine for a couple nights with a small bag, but if you have anything larger than a carry-on it's hard to find space to store it with out it getting in the way.

The location was within walking distance of the train station, I think that it was okay. Price was really good at this time, around 5,000 yen per night, so I can't complain. Didn't try the food downstairs so I can't speak to that. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and all smiles and polite. Very clean and had a decent bathtub for one person. Really good for business travel or solo travel.

If you drive to this hotel, there will be a huge downside for parking since they have no garage. It cost me between 1200 and 1500 yen per night just for parking. As for the room, it was kind of small, especially for two people. Staff didn't speak English from what I could tell but if you know a little Japanese I think it's okay. The mini fridge wasn't cold and only comes on when you are actually in the room with the key card inserted.

The breakfast was horrible...dishes sticky ..even the coffee was not good...I still have a sore stomach.. Breakfast environment just does not fit the quality classy style of the hotel...!!!..anybody could walk in from the street!!!..please remedy that serious problem!!..my first time that such a breakfast was unacceptable !!! I already spend 14days in Japan ..made 6hotels...so ease change plan.and no wifi at the breakfast area...

The hotel was very well equipped - besides basic cosmetics, there was also a toothbrush with toothpaste, comb, razor, cosmetics pads, pyjamas, slippers. The room was very clean! Breakfast is located directly in the hotel building, there are four options to choose from and large portions.

The room is smaller, but enough to sleep in. We missed the wardrobes a bit.

Our hotel in Hiroshima was quite nice. We chose it due to its location and it fulfilled all our needs. It was really close to the train station as well as to some tram lines, so it was easy to visit everything we wanted during our stay. The room was quiet and the view was nice (we were on the top floor this time).

Excellent hotel about a 10 minute walk from Hiroshima JR Station. A taxi cost less than 1000 yen, from the station. Super hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great room with a view, plenty of space for 2 adults. Great for getting around local area, and tourist locations. Able to check out and leave luggage safe and sound to collect later.

The room was a bit bigger than the ones I have come across in other hotels until now. Since check-in ist only after 3pm, I went to the hotel in the morning to ask if it is possible to leave my luggage there and the staff was very nice and it was no problem!

I was surprised by the blanket, which, if I didn’t make a mistake, only consisted of bedsheets and a bedspread. But then again maybe it was just me being dumb. The bed was very comfortable anyways!

The hotel is located barely an 8 minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and about 15 minutes from the heart of Nagarekawa. All in all, it's an excellent location in terms of accessibility to a lot of what Hiroshima has to offer. There is a self-service brunch restaurant on the first floor; the food is nothing spectacular but still pretty good for the cost. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the bed was a little bit larger than I was expecting, which is nice. The room came with a charger that had multi-port capability, which was another nice touch.

While the bed was nice and spacious, I really felt that the room itself - and especially the bathroom - could've been much larger given the price. I'm on the taller side and I certainly had to do a fair bit of contortion during my showers.
