Great location, short walk down the street from Hiroshima station where you can get trains or trams. Some good restaurants nearby and a Lawson convenience store downstairs was very handy. Lots of amenities available to collect in foyer for your room eg toothbrush, shampoo, tea/coffee, shower caps etc as well as items to borrow including hairdryer, iron , even food steamer. Clear housekeeping system that gave you the options of either No housekeeping, Change towels only, or full room clean. Hotel also has a coin laundry. They have computerised check in/out kiosks with multiple languages but there are staff there in case of issues.

My only complaint is the bathroom had a faint urinal smell near toilet as soon as I arrived to room, it never really went away but I tried to ignore it as I only had a short stay & wasn't sure if it was a problem that would take longer than my stay to fix

It was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic—according to maps, it’s a 10-minute walk from the JR station to the hotel, but in reality; it’s only about 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious with ample room for large luggage. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly charming and informative—they’re really wonderful. Having a Lawson on the first floor is incredibly convenient. Have I mentioned how fantastic the location is? It might be considered a bit far from the Peace Park, but that’s debatable. It’s either a 25-minute walk or a 10-15 minute ride on the streetcars, which depart every 10 minutes just 300 meters from the hotel.

The location is convenient, a short walk to Hiroshima station, which is the main station for Shinkansen, trams, local buses and trains, as well as the JR tourist bus and the airport bus. The walk is fine even if you are walking with your luggage. The hotel room is new and clean, the bed is comfy. The room size is Japanese standard, so don’t expect a big room. The amenities are great, especially if you are female as they provide facial care. There is a convenient store at the entrance of the hotel. Can’t tell you much about the breakfast since I haven’t tried it. The front desk is usually staffed but I checked in and out using the machine which was easy.

Bed: Slightly firm in a good way - not soft and saggy. Spacious enough for two people by jap standards. Bathroom: Standard. Location: Great - quick walk from station with various convenience stores downstairs/nearby. Unfortunately nothing much nearby (<5mins), you do need to venture out a bit by tram to access the shops/restaurants. Tram stop just behind the hotel so very convenient.

Room: For two people, it is a bit small - there is a tiny space at the end of the bed between bed and wall, but not enough to hop out of bed from so it's a bit stupid. We used that space to store our carry-on luggages. The desk obstructs the usable space, especially so if someone sits in the chair - definitely not big enough to open two large luggages at the same time. Clean. Value: A bit expensive for a very standard hotel - however considering we stayed during a long weekend + location is convenient, still very acceptable.

We loved everything. The location was great, easy to find and easy to get to from Hiroshima Station. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Laundry facilities were excellent and loved that you could see available machines from your room. Everything in the room had English translations which made things very easy to use. We loved having the connecting room for our family.

Nothing, it was perfect. Would love the ability to pay in advanced before check in to lock in better exchange rates for us and I was worried I may have trouble with my card at check in. Luckily my card did not decline.

Close enough to the train station with a convenience store nearby, easy self check-in/out, lots of great free amenities that you pick up yourself in the lobby. Pajamas available for self pick up on your hotel room floor (not in lobby). I like the bath salts available & face care set provided.

The hotel entrance could have better signage. It has an unassuming 1st floor entrance where I had to check my maps & hotel pictures to ensure I had the right place as the hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor & 1st floor was just elevators. This location is farther away from local Hiroshima sights, however there are many restaurants nears the train station.

The staff were very nice & friendly and provided us with an excellent service! We enjoyed the location as it was central to Hiroshima station (less than a 10 minute walk away) and very close to the street car. There were plenty of nice shops and restaurants around, including a fantastic Okonomiyaki restaurant close by. Right next door to Sotetsu Fresa Inn is a conbini that we visited multiple times a day. It was very easy to travel to and from the hotel. They provide a variety of complimentary travel items and also loan out items such as nail clippers which was very helpful. After our check-out we were able to leave our luggage in their cloak room and weigh our luggage on their luggage scale. This was very useful for us and we were appreciative of their service.

Perfect location just three minutes from the JR train station and the main bus stop that allows you to reach all the tourist sites of the city. The rooms are small, but equipped with everything you need, they are clean and quiet. The hotel is very attentive to the environment and applies a water purification system throughout the hotel. The breakfast is good, offering variety and also many typical specialties. The staff is kind, helpful and present during the day and in the evening. Good wi-fi connection, availability of coin-operated washing machines and possibility to leave luggage.

Really enjoyed the stay: - great location, look to left at tram/streetcar stop outside Hiroshima train station south exit and you can see the hotel, short walk of less than 5min or 150m - Lawson at ground floor, great to buy snacks and also book for baseball matches at Mazda stadium - opposite Edion mall has many eateries, the ramen shop is great - friendly and helpful staff attended to us during check-in and check-out - great size connecting rooms, plenty of space if using backpacks, but space may be limited if you need to open large luggage - room looks brand new, bed very comfortable, shower pressure good and hot water was ready quickly - 3 lifts available so waiting time was ok - 4 coin/ic-operated washers-cum-dryers can be busy if many guests using, but 2h washing/drying cycle is sufficient for small load, may need extra 30min dry cycle for larger load

The hotel is very close to the Hiroshima main station. It's a classic business hotel, new, clean, well equipped, with kind staff. The room (and space in it) was a little narrow, but I managed. The bathroom was very good as well. Great thing is the conveninence store (Lawson) where you can go without even leaving the hotel. I will most probably come back and stay at this hotel again.

The water in the bathroom's sink (when turned on "cold") had a very weak stream. I would also welcome some after shave balm among the amenities. Using the elevators might be a little confusing at the beginning (sometimes it goes up when one wants to go down etc.).
