Right opposite of the Otsuki train station (visible from the station without the need of map). Though we could hear the train but it was not disturbing in the night. The room is new and pretty big for Japanese standard size. Around 5-min walk up hill to a huge supermarket Aeon and 7-11 stores. Self-service luggage storage facility that will fit all sizes. A view of Mt. Fuji from our room was blessing.

Generic breakfast and empty slad bowl/scrambled egggs were not refilled in a timely manner.

It’s in the middle of the highway, but it’s surprisingly quiet, modern and very clean. It’s not fancy or anything but will get the job done very well. They have paid laundry machine within the building and offer free breakfast. Free on premise outdoor self parking Most of the staff are female - it’s very cool to support Japan female working population

Great location, walk left out of station, along road to train tracks, walk over to pathway, straight into hotel..Large lobby & breakfast room, good breakfast for the price. Room good size, plenty of room for luggage. Great place to stay for Mt Fuji visit etc..45mins on train.

Nothing not to like, would stay again.

Clean and bright with morning sunshine, parking was easy and convenient

A bit too simple, perfect for Japanese perhaps, could add a bit more western elements, also close at 9ama little too early The side to the railway was noisier a pity

The room is new, clean and very quiet. The staff is very nice. And the breakfast is so good. I like the Japanese style breakfast the most. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus to Toyoko Inn in Kawaguchiko lake which is very convenient. We have a Mt. Fuji view on the way to Kawaguchiko too.

Good location for our travel, as it was close to the highway. The village was nice.

The hotel is next to the railway line, so we couldn't keep the windows open. The room had a wide bed but only one night light. The beds were OK. The breakfast was from a buffet and if you don't go very early there isn't a lot left.

The hotel is very clean and near the train and bus stations. Staffs are very helpful and kind. The Hotel is also near the convenience store, supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast is nice and delicious.

You can hear people talking inside the rooms while in the hallways.

Larger than normal room (for Japan), very comfortable. Had a great view of mt Fuji from my room. Breakfast was good, if a little limited. Very friendly staff. Close to the station - convenient for trips to mt Fuji.

Breakfast rush at 0630 - waited half an hour and all fine. Building looks completely out of place with the rest of the town

Wonderful views from the room, very clean hotel, free breakfast, comfortable room, polite and helpful staff.

Nothing, we loved it.

So clean, modern and we could walk into Otsuki for dinner. Breakfast was nice and staff were charming.

Beds and pillows were a little hard
