The meal provided was tremendous, and the interior of the building was exceptionally better than I had expected. The baths were also lovely and relaxing and available at various times. I would recommend it to others.

The only thing that I would recommend is getting a taxi or finding a bus to get to the location. It's a long walk from the train station and a bit awkward with suitcases. Also can't pick your meals. If you don't like seafood or sushi I wouldn't recommend it.

A beautiful Japanese ryokan experience. We loved the private and public onsens - so relaxing. The staff were very helpful and made their best effort to accommodate our requests even with the language barrier (we don't speak any Japanese). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding hills and walking trails were lovely to explore.

The blinds in our room weren't completely block-out and the sun woke us up in the early morning. I think we may have also travelled during the off-season as it was difficult for us to find restaurants open near the hotel.

The spa is super amazing; it's the highlight of our stay! The food is good but can be improved. The room is very big with a nice view; the facilities are a bit old, but all are in good working condition. The staff are super helpful and friendly :)

1. Can have a bit more artwork and fragrance in the room to improve the experience. 2. Improve the food quality 3. Can upgrade the facilities if possible.

The rooms were a lot bigger than anything we’ve had in Japan this far! Near lots of beautiful walking areas. The public bath was very clean and lovely outdoor viewpoint.

Smelled Smokey in the elevator and bathrooms.

Good Onsen facility especially the private hot bath area was excellent, except the booking period for use of such facility is a bit short.

Rather poor house keeping as the hotel does not bother to replenish the empty cotton buds container in the Onsen bath area during the two days of my stay

The facilities and surroundings are amazing.

Everything was good, just the flexibility about food. Even when we reported allergies to seafood they couldn't adapt the dinner and kept bringing food that could make us sick. The futons are so thin and not the best quality.

The hotel has great staff, good food and good design!

the atmosphere of the hotel. it’s so elegant. a good service & very nice staff. the dinner is so many& in good taste. everything 😊👍

they don’t have karaoke room.

the lobby is nice, interior is quite modern. location is close by with restaurant and other shopping if you are driving. all around 10-15min driving

the location is abit hard to find. Street leading to the hotel is very narrow private onsen is nice, however you can only booked on check in and timeslot can be limited. our timeslot left for us was 11:40pm when we check in at 5:30pm.

Food was pretty ok for the price and the rental bath looks very photogenic

The photos make it look very new, but the room was in fact very old with worn out furniture, and old bathroom. The cushion, tatami are dirty, and i had trouble finding where to sit. Many places are dusty (ledge, lamp shade). The bathroom was not very clean either and the tub has soap mark.
