Very good breakfast, exceeding expectations of listed Continental breakfast. Excellent location, near metro and 15 minute walk to airport accessible limo bus stop at cost of less than $6.00. Convenience store on site and supermarket two blocks away, both with ample variety of food, drink (including beer, wine, spirits). Plenty of minor extras, like hygienic products. Walking distance (15 plus or minus minutes) to many attractions. Chinatown -- a must visit - is only five-minute walk away with ample food establishments. Two PM starts check-in. Secured area for bags if one arrives early or leaves late.

Absolutely love the modern room designs! They were spacious and comfortable! The security measures with the key card for the elevator is a plus! I felt safe. The convenience store was very convenient! Loved that the hotel was close to many attractions, and the train station! This hotel is very affordable and perfect for a great vacation! 10/10

All the locations I wanted to visit were easily accessible from the hotel. The room was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe because security was good.I will probably stay there again.

The breakfast service was really slow and seemed to be understaffed. Most of the food was cold and oily. It was too heavy for my taste. On my next stay, I will not use this restaurant again. I felt the restaurant did not meet the standards of the hotel.

The location was great for walking to plenty of fun locations in Yokohama. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were very helpful (in spite of my terrible attempts at Japanese). I was traveling on my own and the room's size was perfect. Even if I was with someone else, I think it would have been a comfortable stay.

Location, staff very friendly and helpful and organised our taxi to take us to the international cruise terminal. Near Chinatown so lots to see. Plenty of convenience stores and cafes nearby, mini Lawson on the first level. Yokohama stadium and park across the street but didn't hear the baseball game although big crowd. Subway and JR station walking distance

The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous and there although the rooms were on the small side it had everything we needed for comfortable stay definitely would return

Rooms could’ve been a slightly bigger and it is very dark in the corridors as my partner is partially blind. He did find it a struggle when I wasn’t with him.

A nice surprise that Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen is close to China Town in Japan! We loved the shopping, restaurants, and all the retailers in this area dotted with beautiful temples throughout. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is pleasant and accommodating, and the location is within walking distance to everything.

So clean, convenient, and easy to access any tourist location. The receptionist was Polite and courteous and can communicate with English-speaking customers. Breakfast is excellent. It seems the hotel is newly renovated. The price and location are a must-stay hotel. Highly recommended. You will also get 10% off with Booking.com. They even provided an umbrella for us as it was raining 🌧 this afternoon.

It’s location. It was so close to Chinatown and a 10 minute walk to Naka ward for many bars.

The bed pillows left me feeling achy. But the bed itself was firm and comfortable.

Very good location, we were facing the stadium. Right next to Chinatown and has plenty of conbinis and train station connections not too far away. Entrance was a little confusing but if you enter the building, continue straight then go through the doors directly ahead. Go around the corner and there will be elevators to the lobby.
