Very good COSPA and convenient location from the train station. Lounge service included. Amenities ok, enough towels. Good view

Staff needs training in hospitality skills, a smile goes a long way. Staff I directly interacted with were on working very mechanical, didn’t felt welcome nor appreciated ( unfortunately both arrival as departure!). Rooms need thorough cleaning, strong dust buildup in the corners. Water pressure weak. Wishes I could get a double bed instead of two single ones ( even the bed was not too small & comfortable to sleep on ). If you claim soundproofing it should be ! Unfortunately the people in the adjacent room were very noisy.

The location is top notch, right between Minato Mirai, Chinatown and all other major attractions. Also next to the Sakuragicho main stations. Beds are comfortable and hotel are clean, they provide free coffee and teas at the lobby and also lounge for lounge access guests.

Looked like they are a bit low on staffs and over stretched. Several of the staffs should learn to smile and greet. especially the international ones. Seems like their positioning can be tweaked as well because they are in tourist area but the setup are really like a business hotel i.e. breakfast that ends at 930. Also, we could hear the water pipes running for a while after the toilet are flushed, which went on longer than it needed to fill the water tank (might be a pipe issue), making the room uncomfortable to sleep at times. It doesn't happened in the other room we booked.

We liked everything about this hotel. Special thanks to Mr Masiro, hotel manager. He is a very professional, attentive and caring person. Always visible throughout the hotel. Asking you if everything is okay, any problems ,and if we needed anything to let him know. Mr Masiro even came to the dining room on our first day breakfast ( complementary for our GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY) to ask if everything was satisfactory. Which it was. The breakfast was so delicious with enough selections of food items. And the coffee machine with coffee selections is excellent. 😍 Mr Masiro was always so attentive to his guests. A truly amazing MANAGER. Special thanks to Miss Suguru also, (Sugar) that's what I called her because the very first time I met Miss Suguru, she was unbelievably friendly, happy, outgoing and had the most amazing personality. This is the first time in my life in all our years of traveling that we've ever met a hotel Brand Assistant like Miss Suguru. She was always so bubbly, friendly and happy. She made sure her hotel guests were always satisfied with everything about your room and the hotel. She always wanted us to let her know if we had any problems to inform her about them. Seriously, Miss Suguru (sugar) is soooooo sweet. She treated you like "Family" not just a hotel guest. She was always so visible throughout the hotel, making her rounds to assist every guest. Miss Suguru even came to the dining room while we were having our first day breakfast to be sure we were satisfied with everything. And when she saw our camera she volunteered to take our pictures. She even asked to take a photo of me and my husband with her own camera. Can you believe what she did with our picture. Because Miss Suguru knew my husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, she had our picture enlarged , lamenting it and had the inscriptions " Happy 50TH Golden Anniversary." with the date on it.

Noting, loved everything.

MY HUSBAND AND I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM SIZE, THE CLEANLINESS, THE LOCATION TO MANY GOOD RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, CHINA TOWN, COSMO WORLD, WORLD'S PORTERS, YAMASHITA PARK, ANDTHE DELICIOUS COFFEE AND COOKIES IN THE LOBBY ALL DAY LONG. THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM OUR ROOM ,THE RIVER BRIDGE /RIVER. THE TRAIN STATION SO CLOSE TO THIS HOTEL, AND MOST OF ALL, THE WONDERFUL STAFF. EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY, ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING, SMILING AND TRULY CARING ABOUT THEIR GUEST. I ESPECIALLY WANT TO THANK HOTEL MANAGER MR.LEO. HE GREETED US WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL, INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO US AND EVEN WENT TO OUR ROOM, TO SEE THAT EVERYTHING IN OUR ROOM WAS SATISFACTORY. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A HOTEL MANAGER DO THAT. MR. LEO IS ALSO ALWAYS VISIBLE IN THE LOBBY GREETING THE GUESTS WITH HIS "GREAT SMILE". THANK YOU MR. LEO 😀😀 SPECIAL THANKS ALSO GOES OUT TO SIR JACK. FRONT DESK ASSISTANT MANAGER. ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST YOU WITH A SMILE. THANK YOU SIR JACK FOR ALL THE HELP YOU GAVE US. WITHOUT YOUR ASSISTANCE, IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND TO TRAVEL TO NIKKO TOCHIGI, JAPAN. WE ARE HERE NOW AND HAVING A GREAT TIME. ALSO WANTED TO THANK YOU SIR JACK FOR GOING OUT IN THE RAIN TO HELP LOAD OUR LUGGAGES INTO THE TAXI. AND YOU DID THAT WHILE HOLDING UP AN UMBRELLA FOR ME, SO I DON'T GET WET. NOW! THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL, "GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR DUTIES. YOUR ACTIONS SIR JACK IS TO BE COMMENDED. "A GREAT BIG THANK YOU SIR JACK" FOR YOUR SERVICES. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL TO YOU. MR AND MRS MARY AND ANGEL LAYGO, 😀😀

TO BE HONEST, THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THE ROOMS (OUR ROOM) DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHT ABOVE THE MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM. MAKING IT REALLY HARD FOR A WOMAN TO DO HER MAKEUP. AND IF MOST WOMEN ARE LIKE ME, WE NEED "GOOD LIGHTING " TO DO OUR MAKEUP. 😃😃😃😃 RIGHT LADIES? 😀 SO MANAGEMENT, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF MY REQUEST. BECAUSE IT REALLY MEANS A LOT TO ME. (US WOMEN) THANKS!!! PS, MY HUSBAND AND I WILL BE RETURNING BACK TO YOKOHAMA ,JAPAN NEXT YEAR. AND WE PLAN TO STAY IN YOUR HOTEL AGAIN. "FAR EAST VILLAGE HOTEL YOKOHAMA". I'M HOPING TO FIND THAT MY REQUEST HAS BEEN HONORED. THANK YOU KINDLY, 😃

The hotel met the expectation. One of the staff member named Susmita (If I remember it right) had a great smile on her face and was very helpful during our checkout too. She had an excellent attitude. The property was clean and had a great location.

The rooms were small, making it difficult to open luggages at time. I went to enquire about late checkout and while I was speaking to another staff. Mr. Giri was commenting from the behind instructing what to mention, I felt a little disrespected during this time. Also, at another moment when I was speaking to him directly he again had a very straight face, it might be his natural mood but made me feel not welcomed.

Exactly what we needed for our final stay in Japan- a lovely location and a walking distance to some fun spots, such as the Cup Noodle Museum (And the Yokohama Gundam- glad we got to see him before he left on March 31st!). Room had a nice view of the canal and was nicely spaced.

Room was overlooking the train line- unfortunately this meant there were loud train noises up until 12:00am at night. The hotel offers earplugs however, and my friend and I were usually so exhausted by the end of the day that it didn't end up bothering us. Hotel doesn't offer luggage delivery service either- unfortunately it's a bit of a walk to the nearest Familymart/7/11 so just be mentally prepared if it's raining particularly hard that day and you have a heavy, 30kg bag to roll around! (Learnt that the hard way myself, haha).

First, the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Susmita, who helped us with communicating for a police for a report for a lost item. Uniformly, the staff were great, professional, friendly. Room was lovely - small, as one expects in Japan, but not too small for two people at all - and very clean. Elevator game is on point. complimentary coffee/snack/amenities in the lobby are fantastic. The hotel was quiet, even though it's located directly on a main road. Within a few minutes' walk of Sakuragicho station, which can get you pretty nearly anywhere, and therefore also of the rope car to get to the waterfront. Chinatown is also within walking distance, as are some really great restaurants.

No complaints with this property.

Big enough room to walk around comfortable. Definitely have enough space to open a 158cm suitcase. Bathroom is a step up but the ceiling doesn’t match the room. I’m 5’7” and has maybe another head’s worth of space between myself and the ceiling. The hotel has coin laundry on 2 floors. The welcome sheet they give you mentions it, but doesn’t mention that you can buy single use detergent from the front desk. The tv is one of the biggest I’ve seen so far (32” I guess).

While it’s a couple minutes walk from Sakuragicho Station, it’s also right next to the train tracks that run between Sakuragicho, Kansai, and maybe Bashamichi Stations. So expect the rumbling noise in two sets every couple of minutes between 5am to 12am. The hotel does offer earplugs but I didn’t get them so I don’t know how well it works.

Convenient location, easy to locate even with luggage and near to 2 stations Many restaurants and shops nearby Free coffee or tea in the lobby Amenities are picked in the lobby With coin laundry, common microwave (but only in 1 floor, vebding machines, ice machines) Quite spacious inside

Just beside the train station. My floor is higher so it isn't as noisy but I imagine it will be worse for the lower floors. Cleaning is only every 3 nights (but garbage collection is daily) The light options in the room are too bright Hard to do business because the desk is small

A nice short stay in Yokohama. The location was nice but not super close to the main attractions. Clean, compact and new. The room is small however it was the first stop in our trip therefore we didnt need to fully unload or do laundry.

Prior to arriving we asked if the hotel was able to send our luggage to our next hotel and they said it was possible. However, that wasnt the case. They are able to accept luggage but not deliver as you cannot pay for the Yamato service here. Which is fine, however the staff were quiet rude and unhelpful and just told us to go to the 7/11.
