Close to Yokohama Station, so easy to access metro and train lines. Breakfast was included in the price. Good sound isolation of the window, significantly reducing road and railroad noise. Large variety of amenities available for free. Coin laundry was very practical. Staff was very helpful. WiFi was super fast at least in the morning :-) (was OK in the evening)

Cleaning on every third day was promised but first, we needed to ask for it (on the fourth day). English knowledge of the staff wasn't always satisfactory (depending on the staff member). Toilet paper was too thin...

Near JR station

This could just be a misunderstanding on the policy. My room was not cleaned on the 3rd day (overnight) as stated in various information sheets. However, on the day I expected my room cleaned, I got a note, instead. It said that since there was no notice posted on my door for cleanup, they will clean my room the following day. This never happened to me with my stays with APA hotel in various locations. Anyway, I still like the place. Anyway,just an advice to others, just to be on the safe side, put the notice for cleaning on the door if you want your room cleaned. Another possible minor downside is that Yokohama is a big station served by various train lines. The closest ticket gates are those for JR and Keikyu. Other lines, like the Minato Mirai line, are a bit further

Room is as per picture, spacious and well maintained. Location is near Yokohama station. Although located next to train line and having our room looking out to the train line, we barely hear any noise. Able to leave our baggage on the day of check in/out.

Self check in. There's a manned reception, after asking for all our passports they directed us to do our self check in at the booth. The self check in process took a while, scanning the passport one by one and needing to answer the same questions on the screen for everyone. I just personally prefer manned reception for customer service...esp travelling with family and still needing to handle luggages and the kids. However, for solo or just adults traveller, it probably won't be a hassle.

The rooms are clean. A bit tight for 3 person but it was ok for us. The pillow and mattress are very comfortable. The hotel room provides clean filtered tap water and very generous with their free amenities at the lobby, which is a plus point! I also like the separated toilet from the bathroom, it’s easy when you hv 3 persons in the room. Location is superb and lots shopping outlets and eateries nearby and very quiet despite it is located close to the railway station. I will use this hotel again next round!

The hotel is located at the northeast exit A of Yokohama train station. This exit can be a bit hard to find, but if you follow the signs for the north/east/west exits, you'll see it at the end of the route. The room is quite spacious, featuring a partition door between the toilet, bathroom, and bedroom. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which includes both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a makeup area. There’s also a sofa in the room, which can be used as a bed for a third guest or as a seating area for two. Adjacent to the hotel, there’s a Family Mart offering a variety of snacks, savory items, and souvenirs. Since the continental breakfast is quite basic, the Family Mart serves as a nice supplement. We were fortunate to be assigned a room on the opposite side of the train tracks, so it wasn’t too noisy.

If the hotel offer a Japanese/ western buffet breakfast this would be perfect.

The location is excellent. It's a five minute walk to the Bay Quarter which is a multi level shopping mall facing Yokohama Bay. The choice of cafes was great and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The hotel is very quiet even though it's a few minutes walk to Yokohama Station. A convenience store and coffee shop are either side of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved that it was very close to the train station. Made it very convenient to get to other cities by train. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was quite spacious and the bed was cosy. Bathroom had a Japanese size tub and shower, and the toilet was separate. You could also help yourself to toiletries/amenities, coffee/tea sachets, and also borrow curlers, desk light, adaptors, practically anything you might need to make your stay more comfortable. There's also a cafe for breakfast or snacks, and a convenience store by the reception.

Convenient location east exit of JR station with a family mart downstairs and Pronto cafe next door if you don’t add on the breakfast. There is breakfast and a hotel restaurant but we didn’t take it. Standard Japanese business hotel-Rooms are standard Japanese size (means small for those from overseas) but typical in this type of business hotel chains. Amenities at lobby are a good range Electronic check in and out Staff were friendly (we don’t speak Japanese)

This hotel is near the Train station so you can hear the trains but that didn’t bother us.

Location is quite convenient, 3 mins walk to Yokohama JR station. We stay only one night, purpose of stay was rather a connection between arrival in Tokyo and our trip to Atami. So the hotel served very well the purpose. Booked 2 connecting rooms, 3 bed, clean, however room quite small though, more like a business/express, as we did not explore too much the hotel, so cannot judge, just our impression. While check in, staff helped us to save time.

Nothing to complain. However, please notice at least some rooms are facing railway, as the hotel is right next to railway station, so even window is like double layer, there still some noise when trains pass. For some sound sensitive people, should aware. For me I like watch the trains, so not a negative thing.

New facility, located next to a cafe and a Family Mart. Subway a 3-minute walk away. Surrounded by department stores, shops, restaurants. Hotel offers breakfast at a great price. They also have travel size toiletries, including face products. Staff was great!

Sound of trains is loud. We were on the 12th floor. We had connecting rooms. One of the rooms with a full size bed was incredibly tiny. No room to walk around another person. One side off the bed was against the wall and you have to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. It’s more suited for single occupancy, not two. The other room with two twin beds was fine
