Great value for money. A bit further out if you’re intending to explore Tokyo primarily, but the location is conveniently right by the train station and a mall, and on the express train it’s a breezy 15-20 min to Shibuya. The public baths are the best part of this hotel - I started my mornings and ended my days there, as it’s open until 1 AM!

Rooms are quite small but that’s standard for Japanese hotels. My AC did not work in my room but the staff was very kind to promptly change my rooms - thank you!

Location on 28.-30. floor overlooking great city panorama, even Mount Fuji and Yokohama . Rooms well equipped, beds comfy, quiet room and serviced well. Eco option with room service is guest choice. Shopping mall, cinema, many restaurant nearby, as well as train station, e.g. express in 15 min to Shibuya.

Only fast talking Japanese during check in. Will be difficult if guests have no Japanese knowledge at all.

Area was nice. Hotel was a little farther walk than expected from the station but still very convenient to other shops and restaurants. everything we needed was in the area. food at hotel was delicious.

going up to the lobby and then in another elevator down to the floors was an extra step but that would be the only thing. staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. hotel is beautiful.

- It's close to train stations and has very nice views. - Many restaurant options close by. - Convenient stores are close by.

- As some other guests said, there's no lobby bar. - And there's no desk in the standard room. - No way to find a place to casually work in the hotel.

The room was extremely small. There were no drawers in the room to place items. The bed was uncomfortable. Additional rolls of toilet paper should be stored in the bathroom.

The staff were amazing and friendly the entire stay! Room service was exceptional at cleaning and tidying the place when needed. The facilities were convenient and always kept clean and tidy! Definitely would recommend it, I didn't try the public bath there but encourage you to do so :)

I had a very comfortable stay in this lovely hotel! The room was nicely sized and so comfortable! The view of the tamagawa is soooo pleasant! The receptionists were all very helpful and friendly! The environment was quiet and peaceful!

It is bit far from some touristy spots but its a good opportunity to explore the neighbourhood which was hip and wonderful!

Beautiful view, walking distance to the train station, shopping center, restaurants, and park. You can see Mount Fuji from hotel restaurant. Breakfast was great.

Room is a lot smaller compared to the pictures shown.

Nice location with easy access to Shibuya, Shinjuku and jiuyugaoka. Great neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants and bookshops within easy walking distance.

The access to the hotel is a little bit troublesome. It is located on the 28-29th floor with the lobby on the 30th. The only access to your rooms in from the 30th floor lift meaning you have to go up to the 30th floor and then make your way down.

Clean comfortable quiet fabulous views. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Out of the way for visiting Tokyo. Restaurant was open until nine pm. When we arrived literally ar 20.01 after a long day we were refused service because last order to the kichen was eight.No other restaurants in the area. No flexibility!
