Fantastic views from our 13th floor room. Can't believe the 3 acre park below with ponds, streams, art installations, children's attractions, etc is on the 7th story floor. Visit it Superb bakery, Maison Kaiser, on 1st floor. It can be hard to find the hotel entrance. Don't give up. It's an interconnected array of top quality stores, restaurants, and bus operations. Don't worry, it!s all very posh and you wouldn't know about the busses unless you wanted to go somewhere. Like locally to Suizenji Park or Kagoshima (beautiful ride - best by bus). Covered arcade and alleyways a few blocks away are amazing! What a surprise!

Wish they had coffee makers in the rooms instead of just a kettle and coffee tea bags (only 2 per day). Or how about at least coffee in the lobby? Guess Lawsons will do...

The location is fantastic. The Sakura Machi Mall is downstairs so we could access eateries, supermarket and shopping. The bus terminal is downstairs and we could easily take the bus to Aeon Mall Kumamoto (30min) and Amakusa island (2 hours). The staff are also very polite and helpful.

The toilet-bath-shower are a bit awkwardly integrated within a small space to maximise the space within the bedroom. We don’t need the bathtub. The tv is not mounted on the wall in front of the bed. Rather, it is at the further end side and so it’s uncomfortable or not meant for viewing from the bed. It could have been intelligently mounted higher, in front of the bed, using a bracket on the wall.

Excellent location, nice modern decor and very clean. Its located inside the shopping centre. Can see the Kumamoto castle from our room. Hotel Parking was at a carpark opposite (different building) to the hotel with a discounted rate JPY1200, must remember the hotel entry is from level 2. It was nice short stroll to all the food and shopping. Will definitely stay again!

The only downside was the difficulty to find the hotel entry. There were not enough signs for the hotel entry and dragging the suitcase makes it a bit more challenging.

Rooms are clean spacious, very sleek design, very night view out of our room and restaurant. Staffs are very professional and speak very fluent English.

The access to the hotel is not that noticeable. Troublesome to take first elevators from ground floor to lvl 1, then walk 2 min to the hotel entrance to the second elevator which take you to the hotel lobby located on lvl 14, then you will need to take another elevator from 14 to you hotel floor between lvl 13-4. Very weird and not convenient

The hotel is modern style with spacious rooms and spotless clean. We stayed at 12/F and was able to see the Kumamoto Castle over the windows. Drip coffees are available and the wifi is good. The bed was extremely comfortable that I had very good sleep there. The hotel is actually located at the upper part of a big shopping mall and connected with a big multi stories carpark (Sakuramachi) which had direct access link (on the 2nd/F) to the hotel. It made me feel quite convenient and satisfied when I reached the hotel on a rainy and cold day by car. The hotel offered a discounted rate for parking (1800 yen a day instead of 2000 yen) and provided a parking pass for unlimited in and out of the carpark during my stay. It is also very close to Kumamoto Castle (just around 10 mins walk).

Location is great, very close to Kumamoto Castle and attached to the Sakura Machi mall complex with plenty of food, shopping and transportation options. Great views from the rooms.

In order to get to and from your room, one needs to pass through to the 14th floor lobby every time. Shower/tub configuration is a bit odd, you cannot really use the shower head in combination with the tub. Refrigerator is one of those Peltier ones.

Everything about this hotel is nice. It was cheap when I booked it. The staff was very friendly. The decoration felt luxurious. I loved the good view of the Kumamoto Castle in my room. There is a big shopping mall just below the hotel with lots of food options.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find. The room is a bit small like most of the hotels in the cities in Japan.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, situated conveniently near all the major attractions and public transportation. Not only was the location great, but the deal I got for my stay was unbeatable. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and value for their money. It truly made my trip memorable and enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and I must admit there's not much I didn't like. If there's one thing I could suggest for improvement, it would be great if they could provide complimentary breakfast deals for their guests. Having that convenience would make the stay even more delightful. Nonetheless, this minor point aside, my experience was fantastic overall.

1. Location is very good, close your the centre, many many restaurants and shops. And the hotel located inside of the shopping mall, and easy to transfer by bus and highway speed bus. 2. The living room is very spacious and luxurious, and had amazing impression when first time checked in . 3. The inside room is super clean and no. Bed smell and with the view of these castle , fantastic! 4.they provides them bath , tooth, lotion etc u pick you in the front desk , very friendly for the tourist! Anyways the Kumamoto is lovely, I had a really amazing time here will definitely come back soonnnnn!!!!

Good location and near the tram station. Stylish building and artistic and elegant hotel interior and decorations. I like one of the painting at 13 floor. I stayed 2 nights and put up the "do not disturb" magnet and was surprised that the staff hang a bag of fresh towels, toothbrush, yukata, bottled water and plastic bag. How very detailed and thoughtful! Room is clean too and I have a view of the kumamoto castle.

A little pricey for me and I would appreciate if body lotion can be provided at the amenities corner even though all hotels somehow do not provide anymore. I'm not used to cold weather and my skin became very dry.
