Great location, very convenient for taking local buses and shinkansen. Breakfast is simple but good to start a day with. I suppose their check-in machine doesn't take foreign credit cards, so although they would take you to the machine and want you to check in there, in the end it had to be done manually anyway. I would prefer to have the process done manually from the very beginning since the staff was next to me at the machine already, no need to waste time dealing with the machine. Please notice that the station department is only open until 8pm. Tokyu until 7pm.

Good location, nice breakfast and comfortable bed

I used the washing machine and came down to take the clothes out late for just 5 min. One Japanese guy just called the front staff to take out my clothes to keep it. It really bothered me because I have to come down to the front to get my clothes back. I met the guy who called the staff and he pointed out the Japanese sign which I cannot read.!!!Anyway, there is English sign besides the door. Hope that the hotel will write the super big English sign warning this instead a small one.

Practically everything! The location was really close to the main Nagano station, and there were a few convenience stores downstairs/nearby, including a Don Quijote. The property also offered many amenities, like hair wax/treatment, hair iron, Apple chargers, which were more than what I have seen from other properties at this price. The room was also relatively spacious and well-designed for a small sofa area that fits my luggage. The staff were also extremely helpful and efficient with my luggage delivery request. They were also quick to use a translation device when there was a Japanese line I didn't understand, so language barriers were not really an issue. Wish I could have stayed here longer!

The room did not provide free bottled water, though this is a small point considering the price paid. There are also 2 lifts in order to get to my room - one leading to the front desk and another from the front desk to the rooms that requires the room key, but this probably helps to enhance security despite a little more inconvenience when entering/leaving my room.

The location is 10/10 - just hop off at Nagano station and the hotel is just across the road. This makes it easy for those wishing to see the snow monkeys as you can just walk to the train station and purchase a snow monkey pass (depending on the time of year). It’s also very close to a range of restaurants and stores and down the road from the Zenkoji temple. The staff were also really lovely and welcoming and were more than happy to help store the luggage. Would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect and convenient! Just a few minutes away from the train station and within walking distance of Zenkoji temple. There were also many restaurants in the area. The bed was bigger than we expected, so it turned out really comfortable. There was also a small sofa in the room and an air purifier/ humidifier. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the hotel provided a huge range of toiletries and pretty much everything you'll need if you came with nothing!

While our room was on a high floor, the window opened to ventilators in the back of the building, and sometimes you could smell the meat grilling in the nearby restaurant(s). Not a problem if we opened the windows later at night after dinnertime though.

Very near to main station n eateries

It can get really noisy after eateries close. Throughout my entire stay, every night was like a party outside. N sometimes throw in a few sports car raving their engine. Especially on my last night there. There was a motorbike group, raving their bikes throughout the night till almost 4am in the morning. Don't know why the folks in the neighborhood didn't raise any concerns.

Next to the train station, so very convenient as there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Easy to go to Kamazawa or Matsumoto, or all the cities around. Breakfast is a good deal if you like tasty japanese food style - however, be aware that the choice is quite limited Staff was professional, helpful and welcoming

Location is good, very near the station and convenient stall is right below hotel. The hotel has some constraints in terms of it structure, but they have made up by provide necessary amenities. For instance, the switches are far away and it makes charging devices abit hard ( would usually prefer it near the bed) . But the hotel provided extension to solve the issues. Other then that, the hotel also provided other facilities and provided convenience to guests like microwave, wires for charging, hair straighteners and stuff. All the extra amenities provided makes it nice place to stay in.

Its proximity to the Nagano train station and food places. Although reception was on Level 5, there was no inconvenience accessing that level and subsequently our rooms. Signboard of the hotel is huge and high up so it is easy to spot it from far so that we can return to our hotel easily. We booked single rooms for each of us at a reasonable price. Bed was bigger than single size and was comfy. Thankfully there was enough space for our luggage.

Nothing actually except for a humidifier which needs to be refilled with water every day.

The rooms, while small, were slightly larger than expected. This is your standard business hotel in Japan, but with friendly, efficient staff. Front desk offered to hold our rather large amount of luggage early in the morning before we checked in.

Entry and exit from your hotel room requires the use of two elevators, one that brings you to the lobby (5F) and another that takes you to do the guest rooms. It's a minor inconvenience.
