Right in front of the hotel is the lift to the overhead bridge. Walked past the hotel without knowing. We arrived before 2pm and the staff allowed us to check into our room as it was already ready. It was such an expected surprise. For anyone who arrives before the rooms are ready, there are lockers to store one's luggage. The tram station is in front of the hotel so travelling by tram is very convenient. Walking distance away is the JR station, the bus terminal and a shopping complex. Very good location. Breakfast was Japanese style and very well presented. Some may find the choices rather limited but since it is a buffet, there is no stopping one to eat more of what one likes.

Excellent location. I was able to find bus stops and convenience stores (7-11, Lawson, Family Mart, etc) easily, across from AMU Nagasaki (shopping mall including supermarket), excellent housekeepers, attentive front staff, automated check-in/out at the lobby level with large screens.

Nothing that I didn’t like. I stayed while their exterior renovation was going on (received an advance notice, of course), but I didn’t hear any noise. I could see the construction foot holding thing outside the window. Not really noticeable if you shut the daytime lace curtain (it’s common practice to have lace curtain and sun blocking curtain combo in Japanese hotels)

Staffs were friendly and respectful upon entering. There’s free bathroom amenities at hotel lobby for free! Near and convenient to Nagasaki station. Lawson and family mart are beside the hotel only.

Bedsheet doesn’t look like it was clean. Blanket was a bit old. I think it’s time for the hotel to upgrade the blanket and bedsheet. Pillow was soft. Aircon wasn’t cold at all. Property is still under maintenance so hotel view is blocked by construction clothes.

Excellent location opposite Nagasaki station and tram stop. Clean, reasonable size rooms, good size bed, clean bathroom. Staff were nice, one guy was very helpful could speak more english than other staff, and another lady.

Some staff didn't speak a lot of English, so a bit hard to communicate, also I got the staff to call a taxi for me, they called but then it didn't go through, so just told me to hail one off the street, told me the location and I went there and there were no taxis. I had to go to another hotel closeby who called me a taxi instantly.

About 5 minutes away from Nagasaki station via a mall / overhead passage, with escalators and a lift all the way if you have heavy luggage. There is a launderette, amenities like facial wash/bath salts are free and on one of the floors you can help yourself to different types of pillows, lamps, humidifiers and even a trouser presses.

The hotel's external facade is undergoing renovation and entirely cladded up, but it doesn't affect any of the operations, with minimal noise/disturbance. In winter the AC can only be set to either 'heating' or 'fan', and the room can get quite warm/stifling, but this can be solved by opening the windows.

Excellent location close to main train station, tram stop and bus routes. Bus from airport ended its route across the road from the hotel. Good sized room with settee and comfortable bed. Sold one day tram pass which made access to all the main tourist sites easy. Great value. Breakfast had a reasonable choice.

The location of the hotel is excellent; it is right in front of the eki, so it made everything so much more convenient and easier for us!! Room is very well-equipped and the room cleaning service is so good! Would definitely stay again if we travel Nagasaki in the future, highly recommend!!

GREAT LOCATION: to hop on a public transportations, bus and tram. Right across from the JR Nagasaki station. Conveniently located between Lawson and Family Mart! The room was very roomy and clean! Free lockers located in the lobby for your convenience.

Small window directly looking at a building, no view at all. To get to your room, it was like a maze.

Nagasaki is a beautiful location and therefore any hotel in the location will instantly be in a good spot. However, the reference to renovations underestimated that there would be no opportunity for natural sunlight.

Given the lack of natural sunlight, I would have thought it would have been cheaper. The fridge in the room was also not working.

Super near Nagasaki station. It’s just across the station to be exact. Also walking distance to the bus station going to Fukuoka or somewhere else.

There’s a smell of cigarette smoke right when we first entered. The room is clean but the smell is evident which we don’t like since my friend and I don’t smoke.
