Great breakfast. View is top notch. Since the hotal is located at the 31th floor of the tower, I think all rooms have great cityview.

The aonami line station near the hotel is... not really useful for sightseeing.

The breakfast was very good, especially the Japanese options. The location was pretty central, especially if you are planning on going to Legoland or the SC Maglev Museum which has a direct train on the Aonami line. The hotel rooms have a great view, as the entire hotel starts from the 31st floor of the building.

While central, the location was mildly annoying, as the connecting train on the Aonami line to Nagoya Station (only 1 stop away) was not a JR line, so we would have to exit, and buy another ticket from there to most other places. The area around the hotel has convenience stores and restaurants, but feels very much like a business district and is not really somewhere you want to hang around. The international selection at breakfast was quite limited, and there were days when we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table.

Outstanding in every way. Stylish quality, relaxing ambience and a wonderful room with absolutely fantastic views. Above all was the truly unbelievably good service / staff (at reception and in the restaurant and breakfast room). Delicious breakfast. But apart from the service what surprised me most was the tranquility. It was probably the most peaceful and calming hotel I have ever been in (and I have stayed at literally hundreds of food hotels)- not a disturbing sound to be heard anywhere, ever, despite many guests. Would absolutely recommend it.

Nothing at all to complain about but if I was to suggest anything it would be to have more food selection and longer opening hours in the executive lounge.

Hotel rooms are blessed with stunning skyline views. The twin-sharing rooms offered wider beds when joined together, can be shared by adults and younger kids. The hotel surrounds are quiet and there are some food options in the adjacent Global Space mall. Kids will be entertained by a large amusement area at the Market Square building across the Hotel. For those with luggage and coming in from Nagoya station, the Hotel is a short 5-7 minute ride away. The Sasashima-Raibu station is a direct line that ends at Legoland and is one stop from Nagoya station. Secured parking is easy to locate within the basement and costs ¥2,500/ day. Hotel staff were polite and efficient in addressing our requests. Overall, we enjoyed our 4-night stay very much and will return if we head to Nagoya again.

Perhaps showing some signs of wear and tear, the glass walls of the shower area were either showing some signs of spots of mold or possibly not cleaned thoroughly. However, the other parts of Housekeeping was excellent and non-intrusive.

Love this hotel. Rooms are slightly bigger than hotels in Tokyo and were great for our family of 5( includes baby). The view was exceptional. The breakfast was awesome, a bit of western to east items and again the view was great. We got Club Lounge access which I highly recommend, quality drinks and food items for the entire family. Location was exceptional with station connected to hotel and one stop from Nagoya station.

I wish they have a onsen bath.

Great view of Nagoya; Spacious, clean rooms with a big bed; It's connected to a mini-mall with a convenience store and a drug store.

Despite being pretty close to the train station, public transit to downtown areas were awkward to get to and we relied on walking the whole way. Something to consider. That said, if your purpose is to visit attractions on the outskirts (Ghibli Park, Lego Land, SC Maglev, etc.) then the location might be great for you.

We stayed in a standard room with a large double bed on the 34th floor overlooking Nagoya Station. The view is stunning and the room was very spacious, especially for Japan. The staff are very kind, and all have excellent English. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The hotel is literally next to a train station (Sasashima-Raibu Station), with a walkway connecting the two. We walked a number of times from Nagoya Station (once with our luggage) and it took only 15-20 mins. It us completely flat with wide footpaths. You can easily access the hotel from either side of the station. A taxi ride is only 700-900 yen. The train ride on the Aoinami Line is 210 yen. The area around the hotel feels safe, clean and spacious. There is a convenience store nearby.

Very spacious room with great views of Nagoya - particularly enjoyable as we experienced the whole spectrum of sun through to heavy rain and fog during our stay! Conveniently located right next to Sasashima-Raibu Station. Decent buffet breakfast and bar options for the evening. 12pm check-out - later than most other places.

Could still hear the trains (including at night time) despite being on the 33rd floor. Nowhere to hang the bath towels.

We were surprised at how clean it is compared to some other hotels. Our room was kindly made up at our request while we were away too. The view was the reason we chose the hotel, and that of course was as expected!! Also the ambience was especially cozy in the evening with the way the lights were placed across the room. That was definitely one of my favorite things about this hotel!! We had very cozy nights talking with a friend while sitting next to the window. Thank you for your hard work.

It was uncomfortable to get breakfast food because there was almost no space to put the food tray on. Also the both days we stayed there were other guests with crying children the whole time we were eating. The other small trouble was the entrance and elevator system.. there are 2 different elevators in different places and it is quite a BIG walk before you can get in your room. Pretty annoying when you come back after a whole day out and tired.

My favourite ever view from a hotel. I could have just looked out of that room for hours and I did. Restaurant was great. Food fabulous both the dinner buffet selection and breakfast. I basically ruined food by taking advantage of it. The view over the Shinkansen track was joyous for the train fan.. beds extremely comfortable..

If there was an onsen on site with those views it would have been perfect..
