I loved the stunning view from the room, especially the panoramic view from our 50th-floor room. The daily housekeeping was a thoughtful touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get out of in the morning. The discounted tickets to Solaniwa Onsen were a great value, and I enjoyed visiting almost every day. The room was spacious, accommodating my luggage and offering a relaxing bathtub. The hotel's convenient location, connected to Bentencho station and part of the Osaka Bay Tower, made it easy to access various amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, and Solaniwa Onsen.

One minor inconvenience was the confusion regarding the hotel entrance. Arriving directly from the Bentencho JR line, the lift access led to a different exit than the one indicated on the website's "Getting There" page. This slight misdirection could have been avoided with clearer instructions.

We had a Quad room which was a great size with ample space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Nice furnishings and amenities in the room. Separate bathroom and toilet, great shower. Enjoyed a panoramic view of the city from 23rd floor. We had 2 packages posted to hotel reception which were received with ease. The adjoining Solaniwa Onsen is a really fun experience not just an onsen. Discounted price for hotel guests. Family Mart just outside as well as Burger King and some other restaurants and shops in the complex. Direct access to Bentencho Station via stairs was also so handy. The staff were lovely, didn’t speak a lot of English though nothing Google translate couldn’t help with. The photos shown of rooms were a true reflection of what you get.

Not complaining, just commenting, rooms have single glazed windows so could hear street noise. Breakfast included in B&B price was for the light breakfast offered on level 2 with no view (¥2,000 pp), not what we had expected. We upgraded for an extra ¥1,500 pp per day to enjoy breakfast in the 51st floor buffet restaurant (¥3,500 pp). View amazing!

We used the train from the airport which comes onto the loop line and stops right by the hotel and was very easy to manage. We had booked a family room and it was one of the best such rooms we have ever stayed in: good size bunkbeds, space to sit by the window, kitchenette, comfy beds. You have to pay extra for fancy breakfast on the upper restaurant, but we found the breakfast in Sara's downstairs offered good coffee and a good selection of food, and you can borrow books to look at whilst there. The staff were very helpful. The complex around the hotel offers family mart, pharmacy, book shop, icecream parlour, we at at the pancake cafe too and this was tasty and reasonably priced. Visited the onsen and the gym, both very good, and kids enjoyed the sort of fake grass village square for running about before bed. Very easy to use overground and subway trains from here and we enjoyed Osaka very much. Would visit again!

Some plates and cutlery in the kitchenette would have been helpful, but this is a minor grumble. There are cups.

The reception staff are very helpful. We had a variety of requests from utensils to screw drivers and they all could accommodate. Basically you can ask for anything. The only thing like mission impossible is they couldn’t help heat up the pizza we bought at the nearby supermarket because of the size being unable to fit into the microwave…

The bathroom is not Japanese style (half shower and half bath). This is the only hotel in my our trip in Japan that the bathroom is international standard. I do like the Japanese style bathroom that you take shower first outside of bathtub, then you get into the bathtub for a bath. The toilet is outside so you can bathe as long as you like.

The hotel is beautiful. Huge lobby. Beautifully decorated. Great restaurants downstairs and on the top floors. We were on the 47th floor. Fantastic view. Room is spacious. Enough space for storage. Has a chair and ottoman to enjoy the view and relax after a day of walking. There are 2 subway lines right there within 3-5 minutes walk. Next to the Solaniwa Spa. A Family Mart right across. A supermarket, Daiso and a drug store in the same location. I had yummy breakfast every morning at the bakery downstairs. They have everything you need right there at the doorstep.

Nothing I didn't like.

Art Hotel was so conveniently located that there was a metro station connected right to it so easy to get to anywhere in Osaka. So whether you come in by train or flight, you can take the subway with your bags right to the hotel. It also had a mall at the tower with a grocery store, Daiso and other stores, which was awesome. We got a sky room and couldn't have been happier! the view from both sides of the tower is amazing! Each sunrise and sunset was stunning, right in your room! Room was clean and comfy. They even have daily clean up, and they replenish all amenities incl water, which was nice. Price was really good compared to other hotels and what the hotel offered. There is an onsen in the tower as well and cheaper price for guests.

Unfortunately, the room windows were sealed so we could not get any air in and it was a bit too hot in the nights even after we turned off the thermostat.

Location next to public transport. Near Osaka Aquarium and Universal. Spacious rooms. Extremely thorough cleaning staff. Great bathroom supplies. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Onsen theme park next door, giving you the opportunity to have a relaxing day between frantic sightseeing. Corner shop across from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was not great, eggs left on the warming plate too long, margarine instead of butter. Breakfast buffet on the 51st floor wasn't value for money for us personally, tastes differ of course, the view on the 51st floor while eating your breakfast was amazing though. Last order for dinner in the hotel restaurants is 8:30, a bit later would have been nice. People locking washing machines with a pin code and leaving it in the machine for hours, preventing others from using the machines (if you want to wash, do it early in the morning)

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The onsen in the tower (discounted for guests) was spectacular. Nice view of the city from our bedroom window.

People keep writing that the location was good but to be honest it was kind of in the middle of nowhere in relation to the sites. If connection to the metro and JR lines is a priority, then this location is perfect, literally, as the JR and metro lines are practically in the building on the second floor. In terms of locale, however, this place is nowhere near the local attractions (Dotonbori, Namba, Shinsekai, etc.)

Really nice hotel, I accidentally booked a smokers room but when I checked in I asked and the staff member had no issue adjusting my booking to a normal room. Shuttle in the morning to get to USJ which was really convenient and train back was easy, I got the train from the hotel the next morning to USJ and it was also just as easy.

No problem! I didn’t book with the breakfast but decided I wanted to go to the buffet so paid for it but maybe a few more eggs/veggies would have been good. Lots of pasta & heavy meals on offer instead, still good but no way to check what was available before paying.

We had the sky floor, with luck we had a room on the 50th floor looking out over Osaka. As this is the 4th tallest building in Osaka, we had quite a spectacular view of the city. The building is located between the center and the bay area with the aquarium. It is very easy to get anywhere throughout Osaka via the C-line or O-line trains. The area itself is near schools/university areas so many isakaya spots, but otherwise very calm. The mall and small restaurants located under the tower can provide in anything for breakfast or otherwise.

We considered the sky buffet, but it was quite expensive for a breakfast meal. As we had our room on the 50th floor, the floor below the sky buffet floor, we decided not to eat breakfast. Plenty of nice restaurants beneath the tower.
