The location to Universal Studios was amazing. Literally a 1 minute walk and you're at the park gates. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And being so close to the train station (literally the first hotel as you walk out) was great when you have two kids who are generally knackered after a long say of exploring and train hopping. Plenty to eat for kids in the area aswell, all right outside your door. You can also catch the return ferry to Osaka Aquarium which was awesome, so nice to be out on the water.

The pillows were so hard! It seems to be a Japanese thing in hotels but their pillows were terrible, very uncomfortable. It was also a little bit of a hassle being out of Osaka meaning there was always a couple of train stops to get back but once you figure out the trains and being right next to your last stop it wasn't so bad.

Great location! Right in CityWalk - just a few minutes from USJ and the station. Lawson right downstairs, plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel. Very, very clean and wonderful service! There were a good number of washers and dryers in the hotel for you to use - which was so convenient! We were given free bottles of water in our room, free hotel Wi-Fi and the reception staff kindly put our families on the same floor just a few doors down from each other. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in and we plan to come back again and again!

We wish there were better options to watch within the hotel for downtime with our kids. After a day of fun at Super Nintendo world or Harry Potter's Wizarding World, we wanted to watch those movies but there were no options to watch anything good really; o even just cartoons for the little ones.

perfect location for spending the day at Universal Studios. We stayed 2 nights so we could have a completely full day at USJ without the hassle of travelling. The hotel is across the street from the entrance, so its right on its doorstep. Perfect for our purposes.

The room was very small! We had a 3 bed guest room, and it was so small that we had almost no floor space left once our suitcases were put down. We did expect this so it wasnt false advertising, but some wall mounted racks to put suitcases would have made a big difference as we had to take almost all the floor space with our bags.

We really appreciate the upgrade room because it’s my daughters birthday.. thank you for the birthday message note that you put in our room. My daughter is happy after she saw the note. Thank you for cleaning neatly the room^_^ we enjoyed the park and surroundings because its near in restaurants, convinience store, shops and train station and especially the usj park..

The staff who assist when we were checked in is very polite and she is always smiling.. but after you check in, it seems like you are on your own.. the staff the you walk by.. they never say good morning or good afternoon.. i wish they would change that because hotels staff should be well mannered and always smiling when you meet the guest of your hotel, right. But aside from that everything went smoothly.

Location is superb-super short walk from train station, and to Universal Studios. Lots of food options and convenience shops, Gap factory outlet. Love the locker to store your luggage when arrive before checknin time. Reasonable buffet breakfast price with good selection of food.

Room is a little dated but still reasonable.

location to Universal Studios Japan is excellent. Only about a 5 minute leisurely walk through City Walk of shops and restaurants. Room was a little small compared to American hotel rooms. Paid for our buffet breakfast as we didn't have it in our room package. Enjoyed it very much! Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, convenience store out the door, and train station.

Room was small and not enough for two open suitcases. Not enough translations on hotel information written mostly in Japanese. Bathroom tub could use a handrail to step in and out. Sides of tub are so high.

I like the place coz it is easy to access to universal studio and a lot of restaurants inside.thank you so much ..the place is very relaxing.

Not like actually..but i hope the restaurant inside the hotel where not close early so that we are the late travelers can eat and the morning breakfast serve at early at 6am so that we can eat also..we never experienced to eat the resto because we need to go to the airport..the breakfast serve at 6;45 sadly we need to leave at 7am so we dont have a chance..thats all my concerns..but the place is very good..we can stay again here when we go to osaka..

This hotel was so family friendly! Upon check-in, the staff gave my children chocolate and a craft to do while they waited. Check-in was fast and efficient and we were able to pick-up kid’s toiletries, pjs, and slippers in the lobby. The staff made dinner reservations for us at the beautiful restaurant on the top floor. It was a buffet and everyone found food they enjoyed. The highlight for us was the spa which we enjoyed during our stay. It was a great way to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first visit to Osaka ,booked 4 nights, Excellent location 2 minutes walk to universal Studios Clean big comfortable room for a family of 4, with a nice view. Washing and vending machines available. Excellent breakfast my daughter and son had a great time Friendly staff with good communication skills in English Metro station was 1 minute walk from hotel we had the chance to explore Osaka

The hotel is just across from USJ and near the station. Under the building is a convenient store for snacks and quick bites. We like a firm mattress so we slept extremely well. Our window faced the park so we can see all the rides from our room.

The Onsen is extra which is unusual for places to stay in Japan. Signage is awful. It’s very confusing where to check in late at night when you first arrive.
