The room is close to the subway exit. But this exit doesn't have an elevator. If you are traveling with baby with a stroller You must take another exit. The room is close to Dotonburi Street you can walk for 5 minutes to this shopping street. Nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The bed is suitable for 4 people as shown in the picture.

The elevator of the building was so tiny. If your group traveling with big baggages, it's fit for one person and one baggage or one person with one baby stoller. And be careful the door of the elevator are quickly closed. And The room has a washing machine. But there are very few hangers.

Excellent location, within 300-400 meters of Dotonbori. The property was clean and tidy and keys were in a locked box on the door knob and left it there while leaving, which was very convenient. It had free Wifi, kitchen and washing facilities, ample space to store luggage and spacious toilet, which is hard to find. The communication by the hosts was excellent with quick responses.

The bathroom could be make more spacious like the toilet. Please provide umbrellas for the guests in the rainy season. We didn't know and had to buy and carry them back which was not convenient.

The property that we stayed in is super homey, it literally added so much value to our overall Japan stay and experience. The WiFi connection is good. The kitchen utensils are complete. The washing machine can be used and working properly. The place is very near subway stations and other famous places in Osaka. The host is very kind and responsive, too.

The apartment equipped most of the useful items, they do have washing machine and laundry solution provided. I am so impressed, and apparently we are able to wash our clothes because of the raining day. The location is strategic, definitely a nice stay for a small family or couples. With the stay, my Osaka trip went better.

The ceiling is a little low so you will a little bit constraint. As my husband he is a tall guy haha.

Great location close to Dontonbori and Namba shopping and train station. Very clean room with lots of space for a family of four. The kitchen area was excellent and handy for cooking breakfast and preparing food.

Beds were horrible!!! They were super hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed wasn't made up so had to do that for the kids to sleep on. Sheets were thin and pillows seemed cheap.

The Location is very good very near to Dotonburi street as well as there are a lot of convenience store in the area.

I just didn't like the term they use in getting the keys in the mailbox. When you get the keys it is in a padlock case which is hanged on the door. So it was kind of confusing. please change the term from mailbox to padlocks.

Room was smaller than I thought it would be. Couldn't figure out how to operate the aircon and lower the temp. It got too hot in the night. Kitchen was tidy, small but all amenities were there. Best thing is the location.

No storage for luggage on day of check out. Couldn't operate the aircon . Didnot use the 2ashing machine, so don't know. The bathrooms are tiny, even for us who are not big individuals.

Mins walk to nearest station which is a plus point. Mins walk to famous glico and dotonburi. Everything else is good.

No iron in the room. Wish that they will have an iron plus ironing board in the room, i will definitely come again if they provide that. Also it would be great if they would provide usb chargers in the room so its easier for traveller having different plugs for charging.

Location was near the metro exit, and walking distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market. Nice facilities with a lot of small details.

It was too bright at night (and in the morning) because of the street ligths, and no curtain for the kitchenette window/door.

good location near Osaka Metro and JR Line. Near dotonbori area. the facility is with lift senior citizen friendly 😊

Far from airport rapit Express line. Noisy at night. No floor rag or mop the bathroom is slippery when wet.
