Great location and very nice staff! They made us feel so welcomed! Beds are comfortable ans the shower is really nice.

To take off the shoes in the lobby was a little annoying, but I understand the logic.

Location location location. The hotel at 5 min walk from dotonbori where you can saay everything happens. But the hotel is in a quiet zone so you can also enjoy a quiet night of resting. Also, you are 12 min from the nearest station (kintetsy'nipponbashi) and about 15-17 min from osaka namba station. Also the personal was really nice and polite, they help us to sent our luggage to kanazawa.

We were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), and they only provided 2 towels and 2 pillow. I ask for the third ones buy couldn provide the pillow just the extra towel.

Everything was perfect! The size of the room is perfect for me and my sister (we can easily open two 24" luggage and one 20"! In a hotel room in Osaka! Crazy right?). The facilities are good, and the location is so amazing as it only needs a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. There is also a Lawson nearby if you ever need anything. Oh you can also keep your luggage before your checkin time and after your checkout time. The staff can speak english and are very kind. I really love this hotel and will stay here again if I ever get back to Osaka.

The only downside is maybe the coin laundry dryer is not drying your clothes too well. But if you dont plan on using them, it is a perfect experience in this hotel!

Location was perfect, just outside was Lawson convenience store, 3 minutes walk was dotonbori and 5 minutes was the train station.  The room was spacious in comparison with other Japanese hotels. Very friendly staff. Even when I asked for second key, I got it without any issue. Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, hair comb, ear cleaner, face scrub) and sleeping robes were given for free. As about the cleaning, was explained that since Corona they don't enter anymore in room and we had to put out of our door if we needed new towels or empty garbage can.

Had to change to indoor shoes at the entrance of the hotel. No place to seat to change the shoes, so that was inconvenient but was also my fault because it is clearly written in their information that they have tatami floors. The TV and air condition controllers were not so pleasant to touch. I would have preferred if they had a plastic cover, which could have been changed with every new customer.

Location, price

Rigid hotel policies: no shoes in the hotel, ONLY ONE KEY CARD (and we are a couple so if one needs to go outside of the room, it can’t go back because the elevator need a room card). This is one of the stupidest rules ever experienced. NO AMENITIES - coffee tea etc although you have kettle in the room 😂. Polite but very cold staff. At the check in, we were warned twice that we must leave the room exactly before 10am, otherwise penalty will be charged. All in all, good hotel on a great location with wrong approach to people and sharing the bad customer experience.

Location: it's located very close to Dotonbori and there's a convenience store near the hotel. Theme: Japanese themed hotel. So you have to take off your outdoor shoes and use their indoor slippers when inside the hotel. It made me feel the hotel is always clean. Room space: bigger compared to other hotels in Japan.

Not much. I hope there are more chairs in the lobby while waiting.

My sister and I had a twin room which was lovely and clean. We had a fridge for our snacks and a kettle for an evening cuppa. The bathroom was good with a shower bath and the beds where comfy too. The staff were really friendly and super helpful with directions for our outings and the Japanese breakfast was very yummy and filling. The location for Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping and tasty foodfest was incredibly close. It would've taken about 5 minutes walk to Dotonbori including crossing the main road but we usually made a stop off at Lawson Convenience store for our yummy packaged sandwiches and quick munch outside the store before heading up to the main road and then you look across and there was the Dotonbori entrance sign, up to your left. The two closest train stations were very handy also. A short walk up the main road (and when I say UP it's really along cos everywhere is flat) to Kintetsu-Nippombashi station where we did our daily train rides to our sightseeing places and then Namba Station is a bit further walk up the road but we actually caught a taxi from Welina Hotel on the last day as we had our luggage so we could catch the train to Kansai Airport. The train stations are excellent with their sign posting and floor labels to follow, besides their helpful staff, but that's for another page! Welina Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagomi is a wonderful place to stay

The location of the hotel is very good, near a convenience store and train station, easy to walk to Dotonbiri and Shinsaibashi areas. Ordinary breakfast is not impressive.

The curtains in the room are too thin and light easily enters, making daytime sleeping not very good.

To mention something, upon entering the hotel, you have to take off your shoes and leave them in a locker. It would be a nice detail if there were some chairs nearby for more comfortable shoe removal.

Such a nice staff with convenient access to Dotonbori. It's quite small, cozy hotel with well maintained facilities. Also you can access to closest subways without heading down to Namba. Very convenient

You have to change your shoes to slipper inside the hotel toward the entrance area. It was little awkward in my end but i guess it's for sanitary purpose.Once you get used to it, it's fine.
