Not much room for bags but I found it ok still 😊 stairs/elevator to get the bathroom but I didn't mind, as I'm healthy and fit. Still unsure if washing machine automatically adds detergent or not, despite the sign and staff saying it does but can't explain how.

Well located near the train station, the hostel looks well maintained in general. The staff was welcoming and provided detailed and clear information at check-in. Very nice and clean common area, and cheap laundry facilities available. I like to have the rooms away from the common area, which tends to keep it quieter. The vibe was good, and the common area was great to meet other travelers. Originally tried to book 2 nights, but unfortunately it wasn't available for the dates I wanted. Otherwise, I would have stayed longer at this hostel.

Overpriced (double than usual) due to a last-minute booking (2 days in advance), which appears unfair to me. Prices should remain the same no matter if one room or 15 rooms are available. The grocery store won't double the price of their bread because you take the last one on the shelf... Also, the quiet hours should be reinforced, as I had ppl in my room starting to pack (noisily) late at night and early in the morning without any consideration for roomates, but lack of respect from other travelers is not the hostel fault. Otherwise, everything else was good, and if I'm in Osaka again, I would consider returning to this hostel.

I ended up in Osaka with a friend for a few days, and then went solo for 4 days after hence my stay here! And I LOVED IT: -super super super nearby to Osaka station, like a 5 minute walk max so it’s so convenient if you wanna explore literally anywhere by train -so much food and shopping and activities around, me personally I was holiday shopping for my family every day so it was perfect. -great amenities! Including a wash cloth which I don’t see very often -good mirror lighting for those that care hahaha! Good for taking pictures and makeup. -staff are so friendly and wonderful! They held onto my lost cardigan, as well as keeping my luggage safe when I arrived early day 1 -comfy beds! -fun common area with different activities that is open 24hrs a day, with a special Japanese tatami area. I met some cool people there! -they have a WhatsApp group for social activities! Overall honestly 10/10!

Not much to say here, probably something nobody can change but the mixed dorms are very very big so there’s like 35 beds so it’s a bit of capsule hotel vibes (it’s harder to meet people this way from my experience in a way, but the common area is good enough). -also showers are on the common area floor which is the 3rd floor so it can be inconvenient to go up and down when you forget things.

Everything is well put with where you want them. Staffs are hardworking, friendly and welcoming. There are many travelling books for you to check out and plugs everywhere in the lounge space to chill, work, eat. Fridge is very big and kitchen has everything you need to cook! Shampoo, Body soap everything are provided in the shower room and there are many so no worries of waiting! Very relaxing guesthouse to stay and near a lot of train lines!

Unfortunately there are only 2 full time staffs that business take over cleanliness at times. The guests who stay do not clean after them and that can be frustrating. The lounge is also a co-working space so sometimes it can be noisy.

I had a wonderful time at this centrally located property! It’s really well-maintained, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home, always ready to help with whatever I needed. The common area is such a cozy spot where you can cook, eat, watch TV, or just hang out with others. I stayed in the female room, and my bed was super comfy, plus it had a curtain for extra privacy! The bathrooms and showers were kept really clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience!

The hostel is not brand new and you can see it Bunk beds are not the most practical and comfy, i would not recommend to stay there for a long period Bathroom is a bit unpractical

Beds were clean. I was relieved that the room/dorm was quiet at night. The safety box was JUST large enough to snugly fit a 15 inch laptop. If you have a 16 inch laptop, I recommend leaving that at home. They had a curler and straightener in the women's wash room. There was also a kitchen and paid washing machine available which was convenient.

Wifi was very poor, especially while in my cubby which was in the corner of the room. The shower area felt a bit run down but was clean enough. The location was okay. Based on other reviews, I thought the location would be close to major train stations, but it was actually quite far. At least a 15 minute brisk walk to Osaka station. Also, there wasn't much space available to hang your clothes/towel.

-Great location, close to Osaka Station, and many trains and metro lines. -The room was nice, and neat. -The shared showers were clean, and comfortable. -Great value. -WiFi worked well.

-Even of the shower rooms were clean, the toilets were a little bit messier (at least the ones on our floor). -This is a suggestion for other travellers, based on my personal experience (but no negative connotation), if you want to rent a towel, do it as soon as you arrive! We thought about doing it later, but rental is only possible when the front desk is open (that is after 9 am); and most of the times, we were already planning to leave by that time (or earlier)

The staff at the reception is incredibly kind and friendly, I want to congratulate them for their great job! The hostel is big, there is an elevator, the room is not noisy, I could sleep without any problem even if it's a big dorm, I appreciate the free earplugs at the reception, the kitchen is clean with free coffee and the washing machines are at a very reasonable price!

The dorm was too warm so I think something should be done to avoid people turning the aircon off or above a certain temperature. Female showers should be checked because they are easily clogged. Considering the fact that the dorm is big with a lot of people, I would feel more comfortable having the door closed at all times with a card key or password, at the moment there is something to keep the door always open. Check-in is mentioned until 21 but it's actually until 22, it should be clearly mentioned everywhere to avoid confusion.

The hostel is very well designed. It has a very large lounge which serves free tea and coffee. You can, of course, use the kitchen, microwave, etc. The bed is also large, and accordingly, you can feel relaxed. The shower room is extraordinarily good as it has several hungers and a box where you can put your items and clothes.

There are several defects in the bedside. The safety box next to your bed is very small, so you can not put iPad or laptop in it. There is only one consent which is connected to the room light so you must turn the light off if you want to charge the battery of the iPhone etc. The showroom locates only on the third floor, but guest rooms have 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors. This means you need to use the elevator to take a shower. And the hostel has only one elevator. The bed is a bit too soft so not good if you have lower-back pain.
